“Cosy, warm and convenient with helpful and kind staff.”
+Location was very central and convenient, staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The design of the riad was authentic and cosy, like a home away from home.
−The frequent power outages in the property, leaky air-conditioning, and the lack of adequate power sockets.

+Nothing - see my comments in what i did not like with regards to their attitude and the way that they treat customers in my opinion as a Level 3 member they should be removed from your site.
−They cancelled my booking while i was at the airport about to board my flight saying my card was invalid which was not the case at all as i used it for purchases and withdrawing cash in Marrakech

“Calm stay”
+The Riad served us well! The friendly staff arranged a airport taxi for us and also printed the tickets. The room was nice and cosy and breakfast was very enjoyable. It's located in a great area very close to all the touristic places.
