“Amazing time !!”
+Location was great! Lots of restaurante around there. The staff were very friendly and helpful with us. I really recommend the Riad to everyone

“It’s passable and clean but the breakfast isn’t worth paying for, location is great though.”
+The location was the best thing about the hotel and that it was kept clean.
−The staff were never around when we needed someone to speak to. The breakfast was much worse than expected, it wasn’t filling at all and there were no hot options other than tea and coffee. On the final day the water stopped and we were not informed, my husband had to find the cleaning staff to find out what had happened; our check out time wasn’t extended because of the mishap so we couldn’t both get a shower in before we left.

+The place I booked originally cancelled my stay so I had to book last minute. The price was more, than similar properties, but I had no choice. The Riad is very nice and comfortable. Nice rooms. The TV is basically for the interior- there is no remote control and, even though I asked for it, as well as for the light bulbs for the bedside lamps- my request was never fullfiled neither by the manager, nor by stuff. Considering the room price, about 1.5 more expensive then similar places- service could have been better.
−I was used to moroccan hospitality and there was none present- felt very indifferent.

+Very good location, easy to arrive near by taxi and tourist sites are close. The communication with the host was good, he always replied immediately and tried to help. The room was large and nicely decorated.
−The toilet is open and has no door which is a very uncomfortable setup. The room is quite dark. Breakfast was very simple but it was similar in other places in Morocco.

“Très mauvaise expérience - à éviter”
+Les chambres étaient correctes. Mis à part le fait qu’il y avait selon les horaires pas ou peu d’eau chaude…
−Très mauvaise expérience - à éviter Notre séjour au Riad Turquoise à Marrakech a été extrêmement décevant et loin des prestations annoncées. * Personnel agressif : nous avons été criés dessus et dérangés pendant la sieste pour réclamer la taxe de séjour, réveillant notre bébé. * Équipements inutilisables : piscine avec eau verte et présence d’un cafard, jacuzzi délabré et vide, douche sans eau chaude. * Services trompeurs : l’annonce mentionne un service de restauration, alors qu’il n’existe que le petit déjeuner très basique. * Hygiène déplorable : mégots de cigarette et saleté dans les parties communes. * Petit déjeuner médiocre : café de la veille, jus d’orange industriel, personnel absent à l’heure indiquée. Ces problèmes ont été signalés au service client Booking pour examen de la conformité de l’annonce. Des photos sont disponibles pour documenter ces manquements. Au vu de tout cela, je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

+la forma tradicional de país , muy lindo nos daban un desayuno súper rico en la mañana de forma individual la ubicación excelente eso si ahí se acostumbra pasar por pasillos péqueños q asistan un poco. pero nada de q preocuparse.

“Nefasto”
−El día que teníamos que llegar, en concreto sobre las 16h recibo una llamada a través WhatsApp del responsable del Riad donde me indica que el pago de la habitación la tenía que hacer en efectivo y al indicarle que me encontraba en el aeropuerto y que el pago me era mucho más práctico y cómodo a través de tarjeta de crédito no tubo otra reacción que enviarme la cancelación de la reserva por NO aceptar su exigencia. Esto me llevó a una situación de estrés que no me quedó más remedio que buscarme “la vida” como pude para aceptar su exigencia. Pero aquí no acaba la falta de respeto y moral del servicio, que al llegar al Riad me exigió el pago por adelantado…….. Aviso a navegantes, no les preocupó en absoluto nuestra satisfacción como clientes.
