“A special place to stay in Marrakesh”
+Fantastic Riad in the heart of the Medina lovely rooms and a relaxed feel to it. Lovely rooftop for breakfast or just chill as you like. The owner and all staff went above and beyond to make your stay special, offering excellent service and would highly recommend coming and staying. Great location for everything Marrakesh has to offer.
−No negatives about the Riad whatsoever, a great place to come to. Everything was just right for a fantastic stay.

“Very helpful ismail”
+We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this beautiful riad in Marrakech! ❤️ The atmosphere was amazing, the place was lovely, and the hospitality truly made our experience special. A special thank you to Ismail, who was absolutely fantastic! He was always kind, welcoming, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. His kindness and professionalism made us feel so comfortable and at home throughout our stay. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The staff were amazing overall, and their warm hospitality made our time in Marrakech even more memorable. “Great experience, had everything I needed, made me feel at home!”
+Good accommodation which for the location and price was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful getting into and out of the riad. Had good responsiveness from the staff 24 hours. Breakfast was delicious! Room was as expected and nice. AC was good.
−Nothing, everything was generally great, not as extravagant as some other 4 star riads but it was perfect for the price. Would stay here again!

“Struttura molto valida”
+La struttura è veramente bella pulita è accogliente è situata in una delle zone più belle e pulite della Medina secondo il mio parere anche molto centrale. per raggiungere il Riad fatevi mandare la posizione esatta e guardate le foto che allego del portone esterno, arriverete davanti molto facilmente,la colazione abbondante e ricca il personale gentile e disponibile.
−Purtroppo al nostro arrivo c è stato un problema con l erogazione dell acqua nelle stanze, non dovuto a problemi della struttura ma dell acquedotto di zona. Quindi la prima sera non abbiamo potuto né fare la doccia né usare adeguatamente i servizi igienici, la regolare erogazione dell acqua è avvenuta il mattino seguente intorno alle ore 10:00 Avrei preferito essere avvertita prima del mio arrivo dato che il problema già sussisteva e mi sarei aspettata delle soluzioni alternative da parte della struttura per permetterci di usufruire dei servizi di prima necessità . Comunque la struttura ci ha proposto uno sconto a mio parere esiguo per il disservizio ricevuto .per tutto il resto non ho niente da accepire.

“Tout est parfait , un grand merci”
+C’est notre 4 eme séjour dans ce Riad et nous avons toujours le même plaisir à y retourner : le Riad est propre et super bien situé . Le petit dej est top ! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe et en particulier Redouane et Ismael qui sont au petit soin pour leurs hôtes ! On s’y sent comme à la maison et avons déjà envie d’y revenir !

+Séjour exceptionnel dans ce riad idéalement placé dans la médina (mais également à proximité des artères principales). Calme et très bien rénové. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et personnalisable. Et que dire de l’équipe : toujours aux petits soins et très chaleureuse !
