“Pleasant Riad, Pleasant staff”
+Very friendly multi-lingual staff, once used to the location it was relatively straightforward to find. Rooms though small are fully equipped. Breakfast was sufficient.
−Guests can be noisy and inconsiderate as voices, doors locking/slamming all resonate through the Riad. A reminder to guests when they arrive that they are not the only ones staying and to moderate noise levels could be useful. The Riad was initially tricky to find because of its location, both for Uber, Booking.com car service and for us on foot until after a couple of attempts. It may be useful to sign post the Riad better.

“Everything was perfect, and I will definitely be back with my next group!”
+I would like to give a special thank you to Aziz and his entire team. From the preparation before our arrival to the end of our stay, they were attentive, reliable, welcoming and always ready to help. They did everything they could to accommodate our wishes and make sure everything went smoothly. As a retreat organiser, I especially appreciated how easy and pleasant the collaboration was. Their support made my work so much easier and allowed me to focus on my group and our experience. I have stayed in several riads in the Medina, and I can honestly say that I was truly impressed by the level of care, hospitality and service here. I felt very well supported and would happily return. Thank you, Aziz and the whole team, for making our stay so special!
−The only small downside was that the rooms are quite small, but this is common in the Medina. As we were a group whose members did not all know each other beforehand, sharing beds was not ideal, especially as the riad has only four single rooms. However, we were aware of this in advance, and the team prepared the beds with so much care and thoughtfulness that this concern was quickly forgotten. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail really made up for it.

+We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were always available, incredibly attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed at a moment's notice. What stood out the most was how genuine and caring everyone was,they truly treated us like family. When we unfortunately fell sick during our trip, the staff stepped in to take care of us, checking in on us and ensuring we had everything we required to recover. That level of kindness and hospitality is rare to find. We can not thank the team enough for their extraordinary care and warmth. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service!

+The staff are very accommodating, they are very kind and ask about your day when you come back to the Riad, they are always happy to help you if you have any questions or requests. The Riad is in a good place, it is easy to find and in a quite place despite being in the medina

“Très bon riad”
+Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité du personnel. Le riad est bien équipé, le petit déjeuner varié. Un de nos préférés pendant notre séjour. Merci beaucoup à tout le personnel
−Comme souvent dans Marrakech, le chemin pour arriver au riad est quand même très particulier et très sombre. Mais nous n'y avons senti aucune insécurité.

“Repetiríamos!”
+Ahmed fue muy atento en todo momento. Nos vino a buscar y nos acompañó hasta el transporte. Incluso nos preparo desayuno para llevarnos el día que nos íbamos al desierto, que no entraba en horario. La piscina se agradecía el día que hizo 40º. Las estancias estaban cuidadas e impecables. El desayuno riquísimo típico de la zona.
−El camino para llegar al centro parece inseguro, pero no lo es. Lo único es que los transportes no llegan hasta el riad y hay que caminar 10 minutos. Nosotros íbamos con mochila y no fue para tanto.

“Excellent séjour dans un riad idéalement situé, avec un personnel aux petits soins et un très bon petit-déjeuner, malgré”
+Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce riad. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, attentionné et toujours à l’écoute. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, varié et très copieux. L’emplacement est également un véritable atout : le riad est idéalement situé, à proximité de nombreux sites et commodités accessibles à pied. Le riad est situé au cœur de la médina et l’accès se fait par de nombreuses petites ruelles, souvent peu fréquentées et non accessibles en voiture. Il faut donc marcher quelques minutes pour rejoindre une zone où il est possible de prendre un taxi.
−Le seul point négatif concerne la piscine, qui est assez petite et ne semblait pas parfaitement entretenue lors de notre séjour. Nous avons remarqué des éléments flottant dans l’eau, ce qui ne nous a pas donné envie de nous y baigner.
