“Ismael has a unique way of enhancing the image and reputation of the Riad.”
+I must especially appreciate the Riad staff, and in particular, Ismael, who made our stay truly memorable. Ismael has a unique way of enhancing the image and reputation of the Riad, not just during the guests' stay but even after they have departed. He genuinely connects with guests and takes a personal interest in ensuring that their experience is comfortable and enjoyable. What I particularly appreciated was his sincere effort to communicate with guests, understand their experiences, and seek feedback about any issues or areas where the Riad could improve. He takes this feedback seriously and makes every effort to address concerns, ensuring that guests leave with wonderful memories and a desire to return. Ismael is undoubtedly a real asset to the Riad. His genuine hospitality, excellent communication skills, and personal touch make a remarkable difference. I thoroughly enjoyed my conversations with him. Even after our stay, Ismael continued to demonstrate his commitment to guest satisfaction. He made sure our airport transfer was arranged efficiently and that our journey to the airport went smoothly. People like Ismael are what make a hospitality experience truly special. The Ria

“Stunning stay at wonderful riad”
+It’s just at the edge of the Medina, so much more quiet and less stressful than inside the Medina. It is also accessible by car, so you can get dropped off or picked up just outside the riad. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful and has an amazing rooftop terrasse and a SPA on site.

“Wonderful! We love it!!”
+We had a truly wonderful stay at this riad. A special thank to Hamza & Ismael for the warm welcome and your incredible kindness. We felt so comfortable and at home throughout our stay. They have helped us so much and made everything possible. We are truly grateful for everything they done for us! The riad is absolutely beautiful, just as shown in the pictures, and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We especially loved the delicious breakfast on the terrace, and the location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. Our room was always spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We are already looking forward to our next stay here! Shoukran 👍🏻👏🏼
