“Beautiful riad in Fes, Morocco.”
+Riad sara in Fes is a very pretty and beautiful riad. We stayed here for 4 nights in 3rd week of March 2017. The riad is just under 5 mins walk to the nearest water fountain square - Batha square and just under 10 mins to the famous Fes medina. You don't need to worry about taxis as the Petit taxi rank is just in the fountain square so you can get to any place easily even with the luggage. I recommend using the Petit taxi to go around, to the train station and to the Airport. They are cheap, efficient and plenty. If you order taxi from riad they arrange black private taxis and they are expensive. You don't need to worry about using Petit taxi, just use Petit. That's what we did. As our flight was night arrival and this is our first trip to Morocco, we booked taxi with this riad from the Airport. They were spot on and the driver was simply waiting though the flight was delayed. Once reached the riad, the host was just saw us in the front of the door and welcomed us, helped our luggage and shown our room. The host is very very friendly, just simply awesome and great place to stay here. The breakfast is plenty and the mint tea is amazing. The interior of the room and courtyard are jus
