+This hotel was trying to rip us off. They didn't keep a room for us even though we had paid the whole amount months in advanced. They claimed that I never paid them but I showed them my credit card statement and then they said expedia never paid them. We were then sent to another hotel to stay for the night. For which, they were asking us to pay additional costs. Unbelievable. It was frustrating, scary and completely unnecessary. Expedia has done a poor job of acknowledging their part in this as well.
