+We had a lovely stay in Marrakesh, and I especially want to say a big thank you to Khadijah.. She was absolutely amazing throughout our stay , so friendly, welcoming and helpful… Khadijah went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience.. She showed us some of the best shops around the area and even helped us understand the Moroccan Dirham and how much things should cost, which was really helpful as it was our first time in Marrakesh.. She also spoke to the shop and restaurant owners and told them to look after us because we were with her. That really made us feel looked after and comfortable, especially being in a new place.. Khadijah honestly made our stay even more special. She was always smiling, kind and happy to help with anything we needed. She is a real credit to the place, and we really appreciate everything she did for us. Thank you so much, Khadijah! ❤️ We would definitely come back again

+The road was exceptional. Khadija was a great help. She was very helpful, Made breakfast each morning which was exceptional. Was at hand for any questions. Made our stay delightful. The Riad was walking distance to the main market and attractions. Food places close by. The facilities were great. I can't recall any issues we had. Khadija made our stay great. 10/10 for Khadija

“Bello...ma”
+Posizione eccellente, riad bello pulito e spazioso, wi fi perfetto.
−Sulla colazione ...ci posso passare sopra( mediocre), la tipa che si occupa delle pulizie fa tutto con estrema calma araba (se uscite alle 9 di mattina facilmente la ritrovate ancora seduta o a riposare in una delle camere) , pero comunque fa marocchinamente il suo.... vero problema è il Transfer. VI RACCONTO COME È ANDATA ATTERRIAMO ALLE 9:30PM E' Non c'era nessuno si aspetta 10 minuto ma nessun driver con la scritta riad sabria.... x farla breve becchiamo un altro taxi. Nei giorni seguente il transfer del riad vorrà soddisfazione sul perché siamo andati con un altro taxi...ma la verità è che non devo aspettare io cliente ma tu driver dato che avevo dato il numero del volo... MA NON FINISCE TRANSFER DI RIENTRO, PAGO 200 MAD AL DRIVER ED IL PROPRIETARIO DEL SERVIZIO TRANSFER MI CHIAMA DICENDO CHE IL DRIVER NON È STATO PAGATO.... QUINDI CONSIGLIO ANDATE A L RIAD MA NON UTILIZZATE IL SERVIZIO TRANSFER CHE VI OFFRONO...TANTO È PIENO DI TAXI

“Riad agréable et fonctionnel à 10 mn des souks”
+Khadija nous attendait lors de notre arrivée. Jeune femme gracieuse, charmante et pleine de bonne volonté. Le souci est que le petit déjeuner n'est pas possible avant 8h30 ! (A cause de l'ouverture de la boulangerie 🤔) Nous avons convenu avec elle qu'elle approvisionnerait le frigidaire pour le lendemain et qu'on se débrouillerait sans elle. Tout s'est bien passé à partir de là. Le riad est bien placé et confortable.
−Petit souci de propreté dans la cuisine. Gaufrier, micro-ondes, bouilloire et toaster pas nettoyés convenablement. Manque de torchon propre. Table de nuit poussiéreuse. Je confirme que la chambre du bas n'est pas top du fait du manque d'ouverture extérieure. Les distributeurs de shampooing et gel douche dans la douche ne fonctionnaient pas. Khadija nous a donné 2 gros bidons de chaque produit que nous avons transvasé dans des petites bouteilles en plastique. Pas très grave mais il faut le savoir.

+La casa stupenda,moderna,elegante e con caratteristiche tipiche del Marocco. molto pulita e fornita di tutto. kadija ci ha preparato un ottima colazione e ottima host. Molto gentile. Camere con aria condizionata funzionante.

“Familiar y cómodo”
+El desayuno era completo y estaba todo muy bueno, Hadisa nos lo preparaba cada día y estaba para todo lo que necesitabamos. Ambiente familiar, instalaciones cómodas, perfecto para unos días de vacaciones.
−Está a unos 20 min de la plaza caminando pero es un paseo que está bien para descubrir las calles

+El lugar está muy bien para ir con familia y amigos, al poder estar cada uno en su habitación con su propio baño y poder juntarse en una amplia zona comun con amplios sofás y una gran mesa. Nos hizo un desayuno muy rico y abundante todos los dias
−Contábamos con tener más intimidad al tener el riad entero para nosotros pero la persona que te hace el desayuno está alli casi todo el dia y te sientes bastante incómodo. Tambien echamos en falta un mayor grado de limpieza en las zonas comunes.
