“Disappointing”
+Staff and breakfast
−Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. We had agreed with the hotel in advance that someone would be there to pick us up at the airport, but nobody showed up. We were therefore left with no choice but to take an Uber at our own expense. After we arrived, the hotel’s response was to offer us a cup of tea as an apology, which neither of us drinks or wanted. Even more surprisingly, at check-out they tried to charge us for the tea that had supposedly been offered as a gesture of apology. Housekeeping was also very disappointing. The bed sheets were not changed even once during our entire stay. Our hand towels and bath towels were also not changed once. The shampoo and shower gel provided were of very poor quality. On top of that, basic toiletries such as toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel were not replenished, meaning we repeatedly had to go to reception to ask for them. Overall, the level of service and attention to basic guest needs was far below what we expected. There were several opportunities for the hotel to make things right, but unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory.

“Beautiful riad with lovely staff”
+Nice tea upon arrival, room was lovely with good a/c, dipping pool nice and clean, breakfast good, staff lovely and very helpful
−Noise from other rooms is audible, we got two single beds pushed together rather than a double bed :(

+Gastvrijheid/schone kamers perfecte ligging
−Ontbijt was niet uitgebreid. Voor paar euro meer had je een heel goed ontbijt kunnen serveren.

“Great stay in Marrakesh!”
+The Riad is beautiful and very well located. It’s close to a small square that can be reached by a taxi, and not hidden amongst small, labyrinth-like streets inside the medina. It’s also very close to the Jemaa El-Fnaa square, as well as a pick-up point for many organised trips. Our room was cosy and bigger than we expected. Beautifully furnished, and the bed was extremely comfortable! Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Breakfast was delicious! We also reserved dinner on our first day, and it was superb as well. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful, we arrived in the middle of the night and had no issues with check-in. I highly recommend staying here when in Marrakesh!
