“Close to Jema El Fnaa Square, quiet, tasty rooftop breakfast (as everywhere...)”
+It was ok, the room on the ground floor was smaller and less charming. The suite on one of the top floors was better, window with curtain to the bathroom... Breakfast was very good on the rooftop terrace. Quiet side street from the main Jema El Fnaa square. Recommend Spa ô Yin de jade in a nearby street. They keep our luggage in the main patio for the day we were flying (not secured) - convenient.
−Didn't like to be forced to pay cash, even though I was told in advance. Driver came to pick us up at the airport for 15 EUR (cash paid to hotel directly) and this worked well for us (there is also bus 19 direct to the airport, which costs 30 dirhams per person). Coffee can be improved, it was weak (not strong enough).

+Riad Saad is just off the main square even though far enough for a peaceful night's sleep.
−The floor in the bathroom sloped away from the shower, so was pretty much wet all the time and they forgot to clean my room between the two nights I stayed.

+Very convenient for the main square and souks.... plus good value. .
−Especially asked for a quiet upper floor room. Was put in a ground floor room - with a small bathroom air vent through to a noisy alley. Breakfast poor
