“Amazing place”
+I really loved my stay at Riad Rchacha which is an incredibly beautiful palais dating 400 years ago (authentic carved cedar woods and truly authentic zellij all around). The rooms were spacious and I always left doors open for the Family running this riad is absolutely trustworthy. Loved their warm hospitality and a tasty filling breakfast every morning. On our first day the owner took us to a place where we had henna tattoo because we were just arrived and could not manage to get there. Then once you become more aware you'll find the riad easily. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace as well! Would definitely recommend to stay at Riad Rchacha! Thank you all for everything!

“A beautiful place”
+Excellent!! me and my friend we really had a fantastic stay at Riad Rchacha. Authentic atmosphere, a real antique mansion (400 years ago!!!). Peaceful and also tasty breakfast. Would recommend our stay. Maria Elsa

“Loud and smelly”

−I can't describe it like anything else, it smelled like cat poop really really bad. Also I booked this specifically for the bathtub but it didn't have a stop so you couldn't take a bath. It says soundproof walls but that's not the case at all. The family was super loud at times and you could hear the children yelling outside all day long. I didn't get a front door key without specifically asking and was locked out twice with no one there to open the door. The AC didn't work. Can't recommend.

“Family of 7 enjoyed a traditional, locally owned Ryad”
+Highly recommended!! Family of 7 (2 elderlies, 3 adults, 2 young kids). The staff is amazing. Hachim helped us so much! We were able to communicate with Hachim before our stay, he was so lovely with our family. Hachim knows everything and everyone in Fes to help you make your stay memorable! The Ryad is conveniently located, central to everything you want to see! We loved our breakfast at the Ryad (make sure you book or ask for breakfast when you arrive). The view from the roof is amazing, great for a little peaceful break from the busy medina streets ❤️ Overall we felt very welcome, and we appreciated that this Ryad is owned and managed by a local family. Tips: ask them to book a tour with Rachid, for a top notch guided visit of Fes (half day or full day).
−The stairs were a little challenging for little legs and elderly people - but keep in mind this is an old ryad, it is the norm for fassi buildings. This is traditional architecture and we didn't really have an issue with stairs eventually.

+Incredible location close to everything we wanted to see! The riad itself is absolutely gorgeous as well, the decor is amazing and the room was stunning and comfortable!!! Great amenities too. The host was so lovely as well, really attentive and just so kind with organizing our breakfasts and helping us find things in the medina. Incredible value for money!

+O locație magnifică , cu personal foarte amabil. O camera foarte mare si curată ,cu acces la roof top de unde ai o deschidere asupra orașului.

“Riad Interessante, mas precisa de melhorias”
+O Riad é bonito, parece que você está em um antiquário, cheio de peças interessantes. A cama é boa, confortável. O atendimento feito por WhatsApp/booking é ágil.
−A localização é difícil de achar porque não tem um nome do Riad na porta e o GPS não funciona direito em quase todas as vielas da medina, então tive dificuldade de encontrar, mas o problema foi rapidamente resolvido. O principal problema é a água que não esquenta direiro, quando fica quente ela volta a ficar fria e estava fazendo 10 graus. Há umidade no local por não ter janela.

−Aucune indication fléchée dans la médina, pas facile à trouver Si vous vous levez tôt, 7h30 et bien pas d'eau chaude. Humidité dans la chambre. Manque un peu de convivialité

“Colori e sapore di altri tempi”
+L'esperienza di alloggiare in una dar (non riad!) è stata significativa. La struttura, seppur datata, è originale e rispetta le tipiche residenze di persone facoltose di un tempo. La terrazza sul tetto consente una vista sulla Medina molto piacevole. L'host ha soddisfatto le nostre richieste.
−Le camere richiederebbero maggior manutenzione e pulizia. Abbiamo prenotato quattro camere, purtroppo una di questa ha avuto un problema di perdita dal bagno, bagnando il letto. L'host comunque è intervenuto subito trovando una soluzione. L'acqua della doccia rimaneva calda per poco tempo. La sera la zona in cui si trova la struttura non sembrava così sicura.
