+Not the same place as what I booked. Completely different Riad with not even the same name. Two conflicting addresses which sent us on a wild goose chase until eventually a kind shop owner called the number for us and had someone from the hotel come and meet us. The riad was not signposted at all so practically impossible to find as a pedestrian. It was a completely different place with no explanation as to why we had not been given the room I had booked. After complaining, the excuse given was that our original room was the room we had booked (from the pictures) but it had a leak in and there were no more spare rooms. I would like to believe this but do not appreciate the complete lack of communication on this issue before checking in. We were told that this room we were given was of the same standard but I disagree. The room I believed I was booking had a large bathroom with a deep soaking back and the room we were given had a small shower which didn’t even have a shower head holder. The staff however were very nice and I understand there was not much they could do. However I am overall wholly disappointed with the way this hotel is false advertising itself and how difficult it i
