10.0“Lovely riad 5 minutes walk from the main square”
+My partner and I stayed here for two nights at the beginning of March. After a 3 day trip in the Atlas mountains and Sahara desert we arrived at this riad and what a lovely gem in the middle of Marrakech. It is a calm oasis away from the hustle and bustle outside. We were woken both mornings at 5.30am by the pre dawn call to prayer (it was Ramadan) and this just added to the whole experience, I loved listening to it on the rooftop. Great breakfast with lots of choice, we were also joined by the resident cat Cleopatra. Highly recommend

10.0“Great location in Medina but...”
+Brilliant place in the heart of the Medina. Great staff and room. The restaurant offers a range of options. Bear in mind that there is no car access to the hotel - it's hard to find it yourself even with Google Maps. Not pleasant to do it by foot, especially with locals trying to rip you off. If arriving by air, just book the transfer with the hotel - well worth the money !

10.0“Great stay at this hotel”
+Upon arrival we were given a tour of the hotel, information about the local area plus a pot of mint tea to sit and enjoy before being escorted to our room. We found the staff to be very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was quite small but nicely decorated and had everything we needed included hanging space, a fridge and a complimentary bottle of water. Breakfast was good - there was plenty of choice of hot and cold dishes which differed slightly each day. I really liked the little pots of yogurt and panna cotta. You can order mint tea throughout the day, and they do serve alcohol here but we didn't try any. Location wise, this hotel is perfect. Situated a street away from the main thoroughfare in a quiet close, it's a short walk to the Jemaa el-Fna square, souks and restaurants etc. We didn't use the indoor pool but we did have a hammam treatment which we would highly recommend. There’s also plenty of loungers on the terraces to sit and enjoy the sunshine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

10.0“I definitely recommed this Riad for a pleasant stay at the Medina of Marrakech”
+We had a very good stay at Riad Palais des Pricesses! The hotel is inside the Medina, very short distance from the main square. It has a great breakfast included, a very good Hammam, comfortable bedroom, but the best thing about this Hotel was the staff's service! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, making our stay memorable! From the housekeeping attendant, the receptionists (that even went with us to the laundry service close by), until the girls at the kitchen and dinning room! Special thanks to Nounou that took care of us during our breakfasts to make sure we were well served. I would definitely recommed this Riad for a pleasant stay at the Medina of Marrakech.

10.0“Excellent Riad in the heart of Medina”
+We stayed here for two nights and we are very happy that we stayed here. Its a very well maintained property in the heart of medina where all the attractions are at walking distance. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfast served is very elaborate and gives a good start of the day. Would definitely recommend.

2.0“Nasty Riad Palais Des Princesses”
+FRAUDULENT. While the Riad is located in a good location, so much else is not as described. The ‘rooms’ are smaller than advertised, the sheets had holes and were raggedy, and there was mold in the shower and sink. Not only does the place need a thorough cleaning, the staff demands cash for activities and payment and get emotional about providing a receipt, and the hot water is non existent. The terrace is not available after 9.00p and there is a musty smell throughout the property. I am unsure how they have such rave reviews. This place and the staff are NASTY!

8.0“The property is beautiful and location ,fantastic”
+The Riad was located in a small by-lane close to the Jemaa El Fana square. This is a fine property created by combining 4 Riads. So there were kind of 4 separate different wings. The reception service was excellent Simo gave a quick guide with the city map, places to eat & go. The decor of the entire riad was excellent with fountains in the courtyards. Terrace was accessible via an escalator. The breakfast spread was huge, a mix of continental & Moroccan fare. The room & the bathroom were quite small...we were allotted with, what I think, was a single room (Fatima) even though the request was for a double. The bed was smaller than a King size bed & hence small plus there was hardly any space between the bed & the side walls. Toiletries provided in the bathroom were of good quality. We spent two nights in this Riad

10.0“Lovely property located in the Medina”
+This riad is tucked away in the medina and worth seeing out. Rooms are said to be small, but they are beautiful little jewels. They do not have numbers, but have names. I was in “Meriem” (its category is “Double Deluxe”) located in a small courtyard with a lovely fountain. It has a queen size bed, a sofa, two closets, two chandeliers and a lovely little bathroom. It is in the same courtyard as the restaurant, which I considered a plus. The buffet breakfast is generous and their fresh squeezed orange juice is delicious. I was able to easily get wi-fi for phone and laptop but it was best to use at at off-peak times Reception and restaurant staff are exceedingly helpful and very nice. it is a bit of a walk across Jemaa el Fnaa to where taxis and buses drop you off. In the lanes, stay to the right and be aware of the crowds and motorbikes around you. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

10.0“Fairytale”
+Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience, the atmosphere is charming with it's aspect of traditional hotel, with inner courts and rooftop terrace, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choices, both morrocan and international. But a must is the spa, hammam and massage. The ladies are true professionals, with soft hands and nice voices. All the procedures give you the feeling of relaxation and joy. Thank you, Lamia and Nisrin, and good luck!
