“Beautiful place, great location and lovely staff BUT some issues really need fixing”
+The location was fabulous, the place was very clean, the staff was incredibly nice (the owner came to welcome us with some mint tea even though we arrived very late at night (our flight was delayed)). He was also very responsive on WhatsApp and arranged drivers for us multiple times. They were all great too. Breakfast was fantastic. The place itself is beautiful and well decorated. Having one bathroom per bedroom is very convenient. The pool is small but very private.
−Unfortunately, there were some negative elements which were hard to ignore. The main issue that we encountered was that the room on the top floor had an awful sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We could barely sleep the first night. We then told the owner who was very reactive and sent someone to fix the issue the following day. It did greatly improve the situation, but the smell was still there. It was bearable but certainly not nice. Mattresses are not the best, the one in the room on the ground floor is very uncomfortable. The others are ok but very firm. There are humidity issues, you can see humidity stains on the walls. In the room on the ground floor, the ceiling is damaged because of the humidity which causes dirt to fall on the bed and pillows. There are no nets on the windows, so bugs tend to get in (and local cats too! - don't get me wrong, they are super cute, but not the cleanest).

“Riad agreable en plein coeur de l’ambiance de Marrakech”
+En pleine médina, très agréable pour accéder à tous les lieux emblématiques de Marrakech , à deux rues de la place Djema El Fna, parfait pour le tourisme, les restaurants et le shopping. 4 chambres joliment décorées , plus grandes qu’elles ne semblent sur les photos, claires , lits très confortables. Riad simple, calme et très propre. Bel accueil du propriétaire et petit déjeuner très copieux par la dame d’une gentillesse extraordinaire.

+La cercanía al zoco porque en 3 minutos llegas a la plaza Jma el Fnaa. El Riad está en una calle en la que no hay ruido para dormir, todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y se agradece muchísimo la piscina con el calor que hace. El desayuno es una auténtica pasada y la chica que lo prepara es muy amable, nos preparó el desayuno como si fuéramos reyes, no lo esperaba tan completo. El trato con el dueño Abdel es una pasada, es súper colaborador. Nos organizó la vuelta del aeropuerto, un tour por Marrakech con un guia que nos encantó, nos dijo dónde dejar el equipaje hasta marcharnos para que pudieramos disfrutar de la ciudad sin ataduras y no dejó de atender mis inquietudes en todo momento, cosa que viajando a un país tan diferente, se agradece muchísimo. Si volviese, me hospedería aquí de nuevo sin duda alguna.

+Verry good location(1 little streat away from djamaa el fna ..Verry Beautiful riad. VERRY VERRY clean.Every room has its own bathroom.Pool is a plus. Breakfast was verry nice and the lady was verry kind.Verry nice rooms.....

+Nic k vytknutí, dobrá poloha blízko od centra. Bazén nám vyčistili když jsme přijeli a pokoje byly čisté a uklizené.

“Bajeczny pobyt, żal było wracać do domu.”
+Urocze i bardzo komfortowy riad w sercu Medyny. Byłyśmy w grupie 4 koleżanek i każda miała swoją piękną sypialnię z własną łazienką, cały riad był tylko dla nas Wszystko na trzech poziomach i mały basenik, na samej górze, w którym można schłodzić się po upale i patio w którym serwowane były śniadania. Wszystko bardzo czyste. Codziennie rano przychodziła Sene i robiła nam śniadanie. Manager Abreachim był fantastycznym człowiekiem, pomagał nam we wszystkich sprawach , doradzał, aranżował wycieczki. Spalam w bardzo wielu apartamentach. ale to było najpiękniejsze doświadczenie. DZIĘKUJĘ 😘
