+Riad Orange was closed when we arrived, so the lack of communication about that, and the confirmation of our stay, is concerning. However, I want to point out that the hosts of this Riad quickly remedied the problem and put us up in a different Riad for the one night we had reserved. We were guided there, and everything was taken care of The Riad we were provided had all the same amenities. So I can't complain much. I have given the Riad a score of "Fair," because it is a required field, but we didn't end up staying there.
−Unfortunately, upon arrival we were told Riad Orange was closed. We knocked a few times, and waited about five minutes for someone to answer the door. I don't know what we would have done had no one been there. It would have been much more appropriate for a message to be sent to us that the Riad was not open, and I'm not sure why our reservation was confirmed in the first place.

“Calm oasis in the middle of the medina”
+Riad Orange is a wonderful, calm oasis in the beautiful chaos of Marrakesh. The rooms are clean, quiet and cool. Mohamed and Aziz are very kind and helpful, e.g. they helped us to join a cooking class last minute. Food is also very tasty and authentic, we highly recommend having dinner on the rooftop of the riad. The location is also perfect, we reached all the major sights easily on foot.
−Everything was fine.

+Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Reactifs.
