8.0“Perfect place for a group celebration.”
+This was a great venue for a 40th celebration with a few friends. We had the whole place to ourself and, like many Riad’s in Marrakesh, it has the evocative feeling of fading grandeur. Hamid, the resident member of staff, could not have been more friendly or helpful with a rather eclectic group. Catered to our dietary needs for breakfast and made sure we had everything we wanted. The Riad does not serve alcohol but was happy to let us purchase our own from the supermarket. Jean-Charles, who I liaised with in advance, communicated really clearly and efficiently. Massaged and hammams were appreciated and the 20-30min walk back from town at night felt perfectly safe and helped walked the tagline off! Thank you!

10.0“Unique, luxurious , spectacular experience. Would recommend to any large group.”
+This Riad is incredible - the size , layout and general ambience is outstanding. Having your own hammam spa and kitchen attached is an additional bonus. The rooms are glorious , each has its own bathroom and they were regularly cleaned. Stephanie was a fabulous member of the team. But must outstanding was the chef and food - better than any restaurant food we had and options for vegetarian & gluten free always an option. I recommend eating here throughout your stay if you are a large group. Breakfast was such a joy I just wish we’d been able to get coffee/ tea 7am which I asked for daily but never got. But in the big scheme of things not a deal breaker !
−The acoustics in the dining room are terrible - the walls need some soft furnishings to help. It’s impossible for a large group to sit in there and hear yourself think. Once we asked to sit outside the dining room things were SO much better. But honestly there was nothing not to love !

10.0“It was a fantastic place to turn 60 and I wouldn't have wanted it anywhere else.”
+The Riad was fantastic. It was so authentic, and stuck to Moroccan heritage. The location in the Old Medina was brilliant and it felt like we were in the middle of a film set. We felt truly immersed into the Marrakech way of life. It was only a 20 minute walk to the beginning of the network or narrow streets into the Souk. Our group was 13 and we all had a room each, plenty of space, lovely decor, constant supply of hot water, and the staff were really amazing - very humble and polite. Zacharia was on hand every evening until 9am and was always happy to help in whatever way he could, and Siham, the main cook, whipped up a fantastically authentic Moroccan meal for my birthday party which was at the Riad. She was fantastic. She also did great breakfasts. They provided a great service. We also loved the gorgeous little house buntings (small birds) that inhabited the foliage within the courtyard and each morning was greeted with much tweeting by them. They were very sweet. If you wanted alcohol, you could buy it at the supermarket and take it back to the Riad - there was no problem with that. Honestly, we all really loved it here. It was definitely excellent value for money and none of
−The Wi-Fi was better downstairs than upstairs, but I had an overseas e-sim so it didn't really matter. It was a minor thing.
