+Beautiful Riad in a great central location. Oussama was incredibly attentive (I’m not sure he ever sleeps?) and even accommodated an early breakfast for us on our final day before we had to leave. Youssef was also extremely helpful and provided us with lots of recommendations. Breakfast on the roof terrace each morning was a treat, and having tea brought to us whilst in the pool was lovely!
−There were some small snags - the tap didn’t always turn off, and the sink was slow to drain. The safe didn’t work and the room was a little dark, but we really didn’t care.

“Lovely staff, great location but Riad needs some investment”
+The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. The roof Terrace had great private spots to sit in. I loved the central courtyard and pool
−The shower was very poor. Paint is peeling and the room we were in was very dark. I think painted a lighter colour and better lighting as obviously no windows.

“I was shocked to see what the property actually looked like in comparison with the (clearly fake ) pictures posted on bo”
+The staff was helpful although there is only one person available at the time so he is overloaded and doing everything.
−The property is in very poor condition. It needs refurbishing and proper cleaning. Facilities are outdated and obsolete. Very low value for the high price.

+The Riad is beautiful but the location is very tricky on an alley. The staff were very nice and made it better!
−Location and that it’s very dark in the rooms.

“Amazing Riad that has it all and will make your stay as easy as possible”
+The Staff was phenomenal, the beautiful place and big room with plenty of room. Breakfast was excellent and location is amazing and easy to find via Google Maps ! The soap was amazing and smelled soo good.
−Towels could be a bit newer, but this is just a detail.

Ontbijt is goed.
