“Excellent staff & peaceful location”
+I can’t recommend this Riad enough! The staff were so helpful - particularly Mustafa - and the property was peaceful & nicely decorated. Slight walk to the busyness of the souks but it felt safe to walk there even at night, just through an ordinary residential neighbourhood. Rooms were cleaned daily.
−Pool was a bit too cold to swim in (for me) but really not a problem!

“Couldn’t recommend more”
+EVERYTHING. We could not recommend more! Absolutely everything from beginning to end was exceptional, the location is a short walk from the medina and a silent oasis from the hustle and bustle of streets (which you need!) so clean, and incredibly beautiful rooms and decor. The pool is perfect and the team at the riad couldn’t do enough for us. They helped with taxis, directions - even taking us to the road to make sure we knew where to go. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, all homemade and fresh everyday. We are THRILLED we book this riad and would 100000% recommend!

“All in all, we loved our stay but it was only due to the entire feel of the riad and the gorgeous room!”
+We absolutely loved the room, the bathroom, the views of the riad from the balcony, the whole vibe of the riad - it was beautiful. We couldn’t get enough. The manager was super kind to arrange tea for us whenever we requested it. And he was also kind enough to apologize for the misunderstanding and show some respect, compared to the lady we were initially in contact with - he arranged a nice spot for us to spend the hours before the checkin. We really appreciated the gesture:)
−*A couple of things:* We requested an early check-in and were promised airport pickup, which didn't arrive. We kept asking for confirmation but only got "subject to availability" instead of a clear answer. No driver at the airport and the communication was disrespectful. We had to argue before a pickup was arranged. Ashraf was a gem and very kind once we arrived, but overall customer service was a total MISS! Especially the communication with Samira. Plus, after the misunderstanding, I dropped a message very politely that it was all probably a misunderstanding and thanked her, but seems like she was too busy to even respond or be welcoming about the entire situation. Rude! - Did not particularly enjoy that no housekeeping ever showed up to clean. -Check out was very rushed. Staff were waiting outside 20-30 mins before 12pm checkout and made comments as we left. - Once we were out, the manager was so ready with the bill lol it was very weird, oh you’ve this to pay this to pay this that etc. - Breakfast could have been better - very basic with not much of a variety. - I did tell them way beforehand that it’s my husband’s birthday and if they could do something special. “Highly recommended”
+This Riad is beyond our expectations. The atmosphere there is very welcoming and feels like home because of Mostafa, Ashraf & the two ladies in the kitchen they treated us as part of the family. The breakfast was authentic and delicious. The riad itself was very clean and gives The Moroccan feeling with modern touches.

+Hôtel magnifique situé à 20 min du centre de Marrakech. Dispose d'une vraie piscine, atout indispensable ! Tout était parfait, la chambre était grande et magnifique. Nous reviendrons !

“Très bon séjour, je recommande”
+Très bel établissement. Le personnel est très gentil et reste disponible malgré la charge de travail. La chambre était géniale et fonctionnelle.
−L’emplacement du riad peut inquiéter certains touristes car il est situé dans un quartier excentrer et où il n’y a pas de touristes (10/15 minutes à pied de la place des Ferblantiers et 30 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el fna).
