“A very nice and peaceful place to stay!”
+A very beautiful Riad in the old medina of Marrakesh. We stayed in the family suit, which was very spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The breakfast was very nice and the attentiveness and care of the staff, especially Ayoub - exceptional! Thank you for making our stay perfect! We will come back :-)
−All was great!

“Would stay here again”
+A really great place - an oasis in the medina. Excellent terraces on the roof top and plenty of greenery and a tinkling fountain near the pool making a cool restful area. Comfortanle room with aircon. Good restaurants close by (Cafe Bazaar).
−The staff need a better understanding of guest comfort. For example, washing down the terrace with bleach just before breakfast. And sounds amplify so staff talking becomes very loud and disturbing in the afternoon and evening.

“Traditional hotel”
+Good location if you want to be close to the markets in the centre of Marrakesh. Staff was nice. Our room was cute, typical Arabic vibe, the hotel's terrace has views of the city, as all rooftops around.
−Breakfast is quite basic, we were hoping the food to be a bit better. It's not bad, but not great either. I asked for non-diary milk, which fair enough they didn't have, but the staff said they'll get some for next morning, which they didn't. Some ants in the bathroom, it didn't bothered us much... but something to look at for the hotel managers.

“Could not have been better.”
+The host, Ayoub (not sure how to spell it, my apologies), was amazing. So friendly, and was there to answer questions or arrange for anything we needed. Always smiling and a pleasure to have met him. Thank you, sir. We completely enjoyed our visit, only made better by you and your staff.

“Serious Concerns Regarding Cleanliness and Hygiene”
−Unfortunately, our experience at this riad was very disappointing. The room was not clean, and there was a very strong smell of mold. The sheets also did not appear to be clean, as we found hairs on them. My sister even developed an allergic skin reaction during our stay. When we raised these concerns with the front desk, we were told they would look into the situation and let us know what could be done. However, the full amount was charged immediately, and we did not receive a satisfactory response to our concerns. When we returned to the room later, it was clear that it had been cleaned and the sheets had been changed, as the smell was noticeably different. Unfortunately, this was only after we had raised the issue. Given the cleanliness concerns and the potential impact on our health, we decided to leave and move to another hotel. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and we would have appreciated better cleanliness standards and a more proactive response from the staff.
