“Lovely place to stay in Fes”
+Beautiful and peaceful Riad within the ancient walls of Fes, convenient to the important sites and the souks, but away from the bustling heart of the Medina. Delicious breakfast (and dinner too), beautiful rooms and terrace, and exceptional staff, highly attentive to our questions and needs. Staff can help you plan transport and excursions. They made our visit to Fes forever memorable! Thank you!

“Great location-convenient for parking and walking”
+Great location, about 5 minutes walk from parking. Comfortable rooms. Common areas are cold and there are no space heaters.
−Did not realize we had to pay by cash - the instructions were not clear, so we had to scramble last minute to find an ATM and get cash for 2 day stay for 7 of us. If this was mentioned to us during check in, we would have planned for it. Breakfast and food were great. Property helper was very helpful.

“A very cold first night.”
+The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. The interior of the riad was beautiful.
−The riad is located in a very quiet part of the medina without any obvious restaurants or shops nearby, though it is close to a main road at the edge of the medina. We did not feel comfortable leaving the riad for dinner at night, fearing that we could not find our way back, particularly in the maze of alleys in the dark. Our first room was large, high-ceilinged room on the upper floor. Unfortunately, the HVAC was insufficient to heat the room, particularly because there was no glass in the bathroom window. When we complained the next morning, we were moved to a smaller, well-heated room, Though we had paid for what was described as a luxury room (it was supposed to have a separate sitting area, an additional bathroom and a view, though it did not), there was no adjustment of the price. Breakfast was in off the central courtyard, which was cold in December.

“Really nice place to stay”
+Very clean, nice rooms. Location very convenient to explore the medina but also to get out elsewhere. The terraces are very nice and quiet and an excellent space to spend the evening. They have an amazing view of the medina. All the staff was great, they were very kind, attentive and welcoming and they were also very understanding with the eventualities that emerge when you travel with small kids (5 and 7). I fully recommend Riad Letchina.

“Maravilloso”
+El desayuno una maravilla al igual que la cena, el Riad muy acogedor y muy muy bonito, el personal muy amable, ofrecen muchas cosas para facilitar tu experiencia. Sin duda alojarse en el Riad fue la mejor opción.

“Excelente riad para visitar Fez”
+Excelente en todos los aspectos. El riad es de una gran belleza y su patio central es una maravilla. La habitación, a pesar de las escaleras, limpia, muy tranquila, con una terraza extraordinaria y un lavabo completo. Buen desayuno y un fantástico servicio, agradeciendo a Rachid, Mohamed y Said su amabilidad. La ubicación, un poco laberíntica del centro pero en 15 minutos estás en Bab Boujloud. En definitiva, muy recomendable

+avevo prenotato la stanza FARAH perchè avevo amici che avevano soggiornato nella stessa stanza ma al mio arrivo mi hanno assegnato la stanza WACILA che non era come quella prenotata e di caratteristiche e dimensioni inferiori a quella prenotata e pagata!!!! il titolare della struttura ha riferito essere un problema di booking ma cosi non è dato che booking mi ha rimborsato parte del costo della stanza. bagno con muffa nella doccia. nota assolutamente positiva il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è super gentile e disponibile ma l'assegnazione delle stanze non dipende da lui. la signora della colazione super gentile e disponibile.

−L’acqua purtroppo era tiepida quindi non abbiamo avuto il modo per fare la doccia, poi la colazione era ok non c’erano tante scelte, era servita di caffè, latte, marmellata, succo, pane e uova strapazzate e te a richiesta

“Perfekt!”
+Herzliches Personal. Wunderschönes Riad! Heizlüfter für den Winter vorhanden. Lage optimal, nahe Bab Ziat. Sehr ruhig! Dachterasse mit Aussicht.
−Vielleicht etwas Obst zum Frühstück.

+La comida, una habitación muy grande y bonita, la terraza. El riad en sí es muy bonito. Hamid y los otros trabajadores fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos.
−La cama pequeña de la habitación era un poco incómoda y el lavabo necesitaba una reforma. Durante el desayuno pasamos un poco de frío.
