−It’s impossible to find a place, but when you do, you’ll be even more surprised , it’s dark, dirty, and unkempt inside. We were too scared to stay there, so we canceled the order, but they’re not refunding our money. Don’t book!

+I stayed at this riad in the medina and I can honestly say it was a truly special experience. The place is simply stunning: a beautiful riad, full of charm and attention to detail, that really lets you immerse yourself in Moroccan culture. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy a unique atmosphere. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming from the very beginning, always attentive and helpful. The traditional Moroccan breakfast was also delicious and prepared with great care. I would also like to add a personal note: my brothers and I arrived late and unfortunately made some noise during the night, not behaving as respectfully as we should have towards the place and the other guests. Despite this, the owner remained extremely professional and kind, calmly explaining everything to us. For this reason, I would highly recommend this riad to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the medina in an authentic and peaceful setting.

+Riad parfait pour s-immerger dans la vie de la médina. Au calme, propre. Petits déjeuners variés avec des spécialités. Hôte sympathique et disponible qui nous a guidé pour nous repérer dans le quartier et conseillé des adresses.

+L'état d'esprit familial et l'ambiance typique d'un riad en plein cœur de la vie locale qui nous plonge dans l'atmosphère marocaine. La nourriture typique marocaine cuisinée maison par l'hôte a été très appréciée. Vivement recommandée pour une belle expérience !

“Buscad otro mejor”
+Es un riad descuidado, en su tiempo tendría que estar bien pero ahora es una lástima que no lo tengan acondicionado.
−Las fotos no son exactamente acordes. El patio esta "bien" pero el interior está descuidado y sucio. La cocina ni te acerques. Un precio desorbitado para lo que es Desayuno simple con msenmen recalentado y té o café. Restos de colillas y cigarros por doquier. No vale lo que piden, con tiempo se puede encontrar algo mejor. La señora que trabajaba allí me quería cobrar 2 veces, aún habiendo pagado ya por Booking. Además veo que me ha cobrado más de lo que ponía en booking, como 5€ mas...no se por que Y lo peor es la ubicación. IMPOSIBLE ENCONTRARLO. Pues no tiene cartel y esta debajo de un túnel de 1,70m en un callejón sin salida. La puerta mide 1,50, te tienes que agachar para entrar Sinceramente, buscad algo mejor que seguro que hay

“Vivez un séjour au sein de la Médina authentique ! Avec un accueil chaleureux.”
+Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil de notre hôte et l’authenticité du Riad datant du 19e siècle au sein de la Médina. Les petits déjeuners marocains etaient préparés avec beaucoup d’attention ils variaient chaque matin. Notre hôte nous a préparé de délicieux plats typiques coucous,tajines,soupes marocaines. Nous avons eu aussi beaucoup d’informations pour visiter la ville. Nous y retournons dès que possible et nous vous recommandons ce lieux pour vos vacances. C’est endroit reflète exactement l’esprit et la vie au Maroc et est très éloigné du style des hôtels plus conventionnels visant une autre clientèle.

“Besitzerin Souila schon bei Polizei bekannt”

−Achtung! Die Besitzerin Souila ist bereits bei der Polizei bekannt! Falls ihr ebenfalls Probleme mit ihr bekommen solltet, wendet euch an dieses Polizei-Department: 2eme district de police marrakech Souila ist laut der Polizei dort dafür bekannt ihre Gäste zu betrügen. Durch ungenaue oder falsche Angeben verkauft sie extrem überteuerte Touren, welche sich dann als enttäuschende Touristenfallen herausstellen. Von dem Geld sieht man nichts mehr. So hat sie uns reingelegt. Sie hat selbst vor uns zugegeben, dass sie auch schon viele andere Gäste auf diese Weise betrogen hat. (Wie auch in anderen Kommentaren beschrieben!) Wir waren bei der oben angegebenen Polizei Station, da diese für den Bereich zuständig ist, in dem das Riad liegt. Der Beamte wusste beim Namen des Riads sofort worum es geht! Bucht nicht hier!!! Erspart euch diese extrem schlechte, enttäuschende, gemeine, Zeit- und Geldverschwendende Erfahrung! Details zur Unterkunft: Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist nicht akzeptabel. Viele der angepriesenen Dinge existieren nicht (wie schon in anderen Kommentaren mehrfach beschrieben) Bsp. Pool, Terrasse… Wir haben nur wegen einem billigerem Last-minute-Angebot gebucht.
