+My wife and I truly had an unmatched experience at Riad Kheirredine. If you're considering booking here, just do it. Beyond how beautiful and comfortable the property is. How fantastic and generous breakfast is, the fact that you can snack on free seasonal fruits all around the property. What stood out to me the most was how their staff went above and beyond to provide us service. First, free laundry everyday, that's just crazy good! Then the fact that they had a dedicated Whatsapp chat where you can text them at any hour and they can book a taxi from anywhere you are in the city, and for a price much less than what they typically charge tourists, I definitely tried to haggle without their help and could never get to as low as the price that their affiliate taxi company does it. Finally, their attentiveness, if they saw you on the street and you needed help, they'd be there, if you needed someone to walk you through the Medina at night or early morning, they had people for it. Truly, these folks CREATED a fantastic experience, and I cannot wait to make this my primo recommendation to my friends and family. “An absolute gem in the heart of the Medina”
+We stayed at Riad Kheirredine for 4 nights and honestly did not want to leave. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family rather than guests. Nothing was too much trouble, whether it was arranging dinner reservations, organising transfers, or helping with anything we needed throughout the stay. The complimentary laundry service was a brilliant touch too, something you rarely see. The riad itself is stunning. Beautifully restored with gorgeous traditional Moroccan detailing, but with all the modern comforts you could want. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to unwind with views over the Medina, especially at sunset. Breakfast each morning was fresh and generous, with lovely Moroccan options to start the day. The riad is tucked away from the noise of the Medina, and the team will happily walk you to the main road or arrange a guide if you're worried about getting lost in the alleys, which is a really nice touch. What sets this place apart is the service. We've stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world, and the service here genuinely surpassed them all. +El trato de todo personal increíble, fueron todos muy atentos y super amables. Allí cuidan de cada detalle, no te tienes que preocupar de nada, casi antes de pedir algo ya lo tienes. Falta palabras como de bueno y profesional es todo el personal. Aparte de esto el Riad super limpio, la habitación preciosa, camas muy cómodas. En el restaurante comida excelente tanto desayuno como la cena. Spa parece otra oasis dentro de una que es el Riad. Siempre se dice que se podría mejorar algo en mi opinión todo ha sido perfecto durante mi alojamiento en el Riad. Recomiendo cien por cien. Muchas gracias Agnieszka y Artur

+Die Unterkunft war einfach wunderbar - besser hätte es wirklich nicht sein können! Als wir im Hotel ankamen, wurden wir sofort von dem unglaublich freundlichen Personal herzlich begrüßt und eingecheckt. Ich war gemeinsam mit einer Freundin dort und da wir als zwei Frauen alleine in Marrakesch unterwegs waren, hatten wir anfangs durchaus ein etwas mulmiges Gefühl. Umso mehr hat es uns beeindruckt, dass das Hotel von sich aus, noch bevor wir überhaupt nach Sicherheitstipps gefragt hatten, verschiedene Services angeboten hat, um den Aufenthalt für seine Gäste so sicher und angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Zum Beispiel wurde uns kostenlos ein Handy zur Verfügung gestellt, mit dem wir das Hotel jederzeit erreichen konnten. Uns wurde außerdem angeboten, dass wir uns jederzeit melden können, falls wir uns verlaufen oder einfach eine Begleitung zu oder von einem bestimmten Abholpunkt benötigen. Das Personal hätte dann sofort jemanden geschickt, der uns abholt - und das komplett kostenfrei. Darüber hinaus hat sich das Hotel notiert, welche Aktivitäten wir während unseres Aufenthalts geplant hatten, und immer darauf geachtet, dass wir anschließend sicher wieder im Hotel ankamen.
