“Beautiful and peaceful Riad”
+The position is perfect for visiting the city centre and nonetheless the place was very peaceful. The lunch at Kenzo was the best we had during our trip in Marocco.
−The italian speaking guide booked by the staff wasn't worth the money: the tour was too short.

“Amazing host, location, and building!”
+amazing place! mohammed was such a lovely, friendly and helpful host who was there to help whenever and really put us at ease. we were three girls travelling and felt very well looked after. the riad was beautiful and in a perfect location right in the medina, but also super quiet as soon as you were off the busy street. they arranged an airport transfer for us both ways which was €20 each way. breakfast was delicious too, and the aircon was a life-saver. Really recommend this place and thank you mohammed!

“A quiet oasis in a busy city”
+Riad is on the side streets in the medina, it's very quiet, slow and peaceful, that all help relaxing after all day of hustling and bustling in this very busy, noisy and colourful city. Well recomended!

“Décevant pour le prix”
+J’ai aimé la terrasse même s’il y a deux escaliers pour l’atteindre, le petit déjeuner marocain, le hammam J’ai aimé où le Riad est situé car nous avons fait des belles rencontres avec certains commerçants voisins que l’on a fait travailler
−Le fait que les personnes qui font le ménage touchent à mes effets personnels et m’enlèvent de la chambre des bouteilles qui ne sont pas vides Je n’ai pas apprécié que Ayoub en nous accueillant nous a incité à annuler nos excursions en disant qu’on se ferait avoir, que les guides sont des jeunes non fiables…. De même que les taxis alors que pas du tout, les prestations proposées par ryad sont plus chéres que get your guide.De plus Ayoub n’est pas toujours aimable quand on ne va pas dans son sens. Le 1er soir quand nous sommes arrivés il nous a dit que le dernier jour un couscous serait offert, nous ne l’avons pas eu une prise à l’un des chevets ne fonctionnait pas,les robinets du lavabo étaient défectueux, l’un d’eux ne pouvait pas se visser. Le ménage de lavabo étaient défectueux salle à manger n’était pas fait tous les jours, des choses flottaient à la surface de la piscine et le fait que ce soit un lieu de passage ou Ayoub est tjs là ne m’a pas donné envie de m’y baigner.La dernière nuit n’a pas été reposante car un grand groupe est arrivé ça parlait très fort lors de l’accueil à la visite de la terrasse où nous dormions

“Riad con atmosfera autentica.”
+Riad molto carino, ottima posizione, nel centro della medina ma in un luogo silenzioso. Ottima la colazione, camere pulite e staff superlativo! Affidatevi a loro per le gite e prenotate al loro ristorante interno, come dicono loro è il migliore di Marrakech!
−Piccola cosa da migliorare è il pranzo al sacco, un po' minimal.

+Un riad exceptionnel et authentique avec un accueil très agréable. Les gens sont à notre écoute et sont présents pour nous aider ou nous conseiller. On remercie Ayoub pour sa gentillesse. L'emplacement est parfait pour profiter de l'authenticité de Marrakech.

“Immersi nella Medina”
+La posizione era ottima gli ambienti molto caratteristici e ayoud e’ stato molto accogliente e simpaticissimo aiutandoci a trovare un locale dove si poteva bere bevande alcoliche
−Di sera si sentivano parlare lo staff e gli ospiti fino a tardi, avevo la stanza con le finestre praticamente attaccate alla reception , dal vetro anche se colorato si vedeva e si sentiva tutto . Tra i servizi c’era scritto che avevano vino invece non era così… hanno spiegato che quei servizi sono piuttosto vecchi .. sarebbe il caso di aggiornarli
