+We stayed at Riad Kenza on our last day in the country, as it is located near the airport. The riad is comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. They arrange a free airport transfer, which is a nice plus. You can also use the facilities of the connected riads, like the small outdoor or indoor pools.

“A lovely modern, comfortable Riad in an excellent location for the airport.”
+The Riad was really modern inside, we had an exceptionally spacious room with a fantastic bathroom. We were only staying for the last night of our trip before catching an early flight home. We didn't leave the hotel so can't comment on it's location. The host was very helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. The evening meal was very good. Unfortunately we had to have a pack up breakfast so I can't comment on usual one. There are only a few rooms and it was very quiet. Our host organised a free transfer to the airport in the morning. An excellent place to stay, especially at the beginning or end of the trip.

+We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt like family. The hospitality was incredible, and we were treated so amazingly by everyone. “A great choice”
+The Riad is beautiful. The staff are exceptional. Always so accommodating and kind. Couldn’t fault them. Really close to the airport and there are great shops nearby. There’s a great bakery 3 mins away.
−The location is a little out from the medina. You have to take a taxi in each time.

“Hôtel pratique proche de l’aéroport”
+La proximité avec l’aéroport. La piscine extérieur. Le transfert aéroport inclu et organise. Le personnel est très gentil et disponible.
−- la chambre du bas est exposée à tous les bruits de la maison (entrées/sorties, télévision hall, discussions salon, etc). - un cafard était présent dans la chambre du haut - beaucoup de mal façons en général: douche bouchée, portes qui grincent, interrupteurs inutiles et trop haut - le prix est trop élevé par rapport à la prestation

“Comfortabel verblijf voor een overnachting dichtbij de luchthaven incl transfer ernaartoe”
+Ruime kamer dichtbij de luchthaven met gratis transfer. Zelfs 2x transfer ivm het afleveren van de huurauto geen probleem.

+Très pratique pour se rendre rapidement à l'aéroport ! Equipe sur place très agréable et serviable. Accueil très apprécié avec sourire et thé à la menthe servi à notre arrivée. Le cadre est beau, la décoration intérieure soignée et typique.
−Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du repas, des piscines ou des massages (je n'avais pas réservé avant) car nous sommes arrivées tard et repartions très tôt le lendemain. On sentait quand même que cette chambre était réquisitionnée pour les clients qui avaient eu un tarif avantageux. Prises électriques quasi démontées avec encadrement qui pend, l'eau qui fuit jusque dans le couloir quand on prend une douche,... Mais le personnel a été adorable et aux petits soins. Merci à eux.

+Un Riad moderno a las afueras de Marrakesh, en una zona muy tranquila, completamente alejada del bullicio de la ciudad. Las fotos se corresponden perfectamente con lo que te encuentras al llegar. El personal súper amable y un buen desayuno. Tienen transporte gratis al aeropuerto. De hecho el Riad esta muy cerca del aeropuerto (10 minutos en coche). Parking controlado mediante las cámaras del Riad justo enfrente de la puerta de entrada.

“Freundliches Personal, aber leider stark vernachlässigte Anlage”
+Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der kostenlose Flughafentransfer, der für uns sehr praktisch war.
−Leider befindet sich die gesamte Anlage in einem enttäuschenden Pflegezustand. Viele Bereiche wirken abgewohnt und ungepflegt. Überall fällt Staub auf, zahlreiche Pflanzen sind vertrocknet. Beschädigte Fensterrahmen, Risse im Putz, unsaubere Installationen und wenig einladende Außenbereiche verstärken diesen Eindruck. Dabei besitzt das Riad durchaus eine schöne Architektur mit einem großzügigen Innenhof und Pool. Umso bedauerlicher ist es, dass offenbar zu wenig Wert auf Pflege und Instandhaltung gelegt wird. Aufgrund der außergewöhnlich positiven Bewertungen hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Die tatsächliche Atmosphäre und der Zustand der Anlage waren für uns eine große Enttäuschung.
