“Trully amazing, don't miss a chance to stay here”
+We read about this Riad and what an amazing host Jacqueline was and decided to stay here. Everything was indeed perfect. The breakfast, the facilities, the room and, most of all, Jacqueline. She helped with everything, arranged everything for us and even asked the staff to prepare breakfast early on our final day so we would have a chance to eat before we left. Definitely one of the best experiences we have ever had - if you have a chance to book a room here, it will be the best choice you can make.

+An accommodation to experience Marrakesh beautiful Riads. Designed with care and love.The host was very caring and made a real Jnane for those who seek calm and quiet atmosphere. We had a special breakfast setup that felt we are back in good old times. Thanks to Norah who made us enjoy a collection of Moroccan breakfast.
−As a group of three girls, we really enjoyed the experience. However, the atmosphere felt more suited to couples or people looking for complete quietness, relaxation, and a peaceful escape rather than a fun loud experience with friends.

+Quiet and very traditional location in the heart of the city. Cool even in the heat of the day. Lovely ‘continental’ breakfast each day served by excellent and friendly staff. The owner Jacqueline is truly the most wonderful host. Arranges everything seamlessly from airport transfers to restaurant booking and trips with excellent drivers and guides. Nothing is too much trouble, all you have to do is ask her.

+If I could give this riad 100 stars, I would. Riad Jnane d’Ô was not only the most beautiful place I stayed in Morocco, but genuinely one of the most special places I’ve ever stayed anywhere in the world. From the moment you walk through the doors, the chaos of Marrakech disappears and you’re transported into this serene, elegant oasis tucked inside the medina. Every detail is stunning from the architecture, the courtyard, the rooftop, the suites, the candles, the breakfast spreads...it feels like stepping into a dream. But what truly makes this place unforgettable is Jacqueline. She is the definition of hospitality: warm, thoughtful, gracious, and deeply caring. She made me feel less like a guest and more like I was being welcomed into someone’s beautiful home. Her recommendations, kindness, and attention to detail elevated the entire experience. The riad itself is immaculate, peaceful, and impossibly charming, while still being perfectly located for exploring Marrakech. Coming back each evening felt like returning to a sanctuary. Thank you, Jacqueline, for creating such a magical place.

+Beautiful, traditionally restored riad. Wonderful and welcoming host Jacqueline gave us lots of recommendations and advice, which made the stay exceptional. Room was very comfortable and cool with air-conditioning, despite the high temperatures outside, made for a good night sleep. Excellent location for exploring on foot.

“Marrakesh was magic and this Riad was part of the magic.”
+There is nothing to dislike about this property. Anyone that finds fault here cannot be pleased. The host is generous warm and informative. Our room was large with a separate sitting area a beautiful bathroom with sunken shower and a very comfortable bed. The property is close to everything and is on the edge of the Medina. It is quiet and peaceful. Many people that have stayed here comment on how it is a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. Once you walkswalk through the doors of this Riad, you will understand why.
