+The staff is very nice! The Riad is very well kept and nice. Rooms are like the pictures. Nice pillows.
−I should comment that the system when arriving at the riad with transport, and getting help with luggage, should be made much clearer. We were effectively taken advantage of by outside “helpers” who carried our suitcases for about two minutes and then demanded 200 MAD. We could easily have done this ourselves. The riad considered this to be “out of their hands,” but I believe they could have taken more responsibility here. It gave our short stay a negative start. The breakfast is very simple. The riad feels more like a small hotel. Personally, I would probably prefer booking one of the many very nice, and inexpensive, riads that you rent entirely for yourself, rather than staying in something that feels like a mini-hotel.

“Perfect stay”
+This riad is so lovely and the facilities are nice. The staff especially Mohammad were really nice and made sure we were looked after. He booked, walked and waited for the taxi with us. I used the riad for hamam and massage which were amazing! 10/10 stay.

+The personnel. Everyone was very kind and eager to make our stay as good as possible.
−Lighting in the room after sundown was a little too dark for my taste

“Superb”
+Room and riad decor was beautiful, breakfast was really good too
−Air con worked in room but wouldn't go below 25°C so maybe needs servicing. But it did make it much more comfortable and suitable to sleep in
