“Great stay 🥰”
+After a bit of confusion at check in for Ikalimo 1, we were transferred to Ikalimo 2 but upgraded from a standard room to superior as a good will gesture. There was further confusion when we were told after the first evening we would be moving location again - this was later dismissed as the management felt it unfair to move us twice so we remained in our upgrade for the entire stay of 3 nights. Although we weren't thrilled about all the moving about we had no compulsion to complain or protest as the staff had been helpful and apologetic all the way through. The staff were exceptionally good. Friendly, helpful and the overall service was brilliant. The location was perfect - 15 minute walk to the centre and set back from the road so very peaceful. Breakfast was good - bread, pancakes and eggs each morning - although not super speedy, recommend to request at least 15 minutes before you would like it! Riad was clean and the room was well presented
−We did not have towels in our room and after requesting them were told they had no clean ones after a large group checked out. They did provide extra robes though and as soon as the towels had been laundered they did bring us what we needed. The lighting in the room could have been better

“Perfect for a few days in Marrakech”
+Everything was great, the facilities were nice and right next to the souks for a bit of shopping. We specially loved the staff, always very helpful and accommodating, made the experience even better. Definitely recommend.

+Nice big room. Poor air conditioning and no house keeping services. No shampoo, soap or conditioner in bathroom. Great service of reception and service staff. Location difficult to find as Google Maps doesn’t locate. No visible signage for Riad from Main Street. Located in an alley. Great breakfast included.

“ESTANCIA INMEJORABLE”
+Hemos pasado una semana increible en Riad Ikalimo. El hotel tiene una estetica local preciosa, los desayunos estan muy buenos, habitaciones y baño muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Pero sin duda, lo mejor del Riad es el personal, el cual nos ha ayudado y aconsejado en todo momento, atentos a todo lo que necesitabamos. Soulaiman nos ha tratado genial, simpático y muy atento, nos llevamos de Marrakech un amigo. Sin duda, volveriamos a hospedarnos aqui.

“no es lo que aparece en las fotos y tampoco el precio que cuesta”
+la ubicación no es la mejor pero no esta mal , el desayuno genial
−el sitio no es el de las fotos, la limpieza ..... , no tiene nada que ver con lo que ves , no tiene cartel afuera , para llegar el baño esta bastante sucio y no dan desayuno antes de las 8 con lo cual si quieres hacer alguna excursión pierdes el desayuno , nosotros salimos muy decepcionados con la habitación ya que pagas por algo que no existe

+Pues a nosotros nos gustó el trato que nos dio un chico de recepción teníamos una escucion y no adelanto el desayuno cosa que en muchos sitios no te harían . Esta a ladito del zoco y del café bahasa y siempre muy majos .y llegamos antes de la hora del chekiin y nos invitaron a un tee mientras esperábamos, este sitio está muy muy bien la verdad
