“Painful”
+Staff were amazing
−I was given rock hard pillows that I couldn’t sleep on and caused serious neck pain. Rats ran across the room during the night as well as cockroaches scuttering around. I had to change room 4 times and in the end got moved to another branch Riad. Seriously uncomfortable and worth paying more and staying somewhere more comfortable

“Read before you booking”
+Extremely poor service, unacceptable hygiene standards, and substandard accommodation. The bed linen was dirty and smelled bad, and the bathroom was dirty, moldy, and had broken fixtures, including the toilet paper holder and the toilet flush.

+A beautiful and peaceful riad, just a few steps away from the main square. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had incredibly comfortable beds. The staff were truly exceptional , so kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, always ready to help with a smile and make us feel at home. Their warmth and hospitality made our stay even more special. We had an excellent stay!

“Bella apparenza, ma troppi dettagli trascurati.”
+Personale gentile e sorridente. Abbiamo apprezzato alcune attenzioni, come il tè e i biscotti tipici di benvenuto, la bottiglia d’acqua in camera e la buona qualità degli asciugamani. La struttura si presenta esteticamente molto bene.
−Le recensioni molto positive ci avevano creato aspettative elevate, purtroppo deluse. La camera non era pronta all’orario del check-in e la pulizia era insufficiente: pavimento sporco e capelli persino nel letto. Il soffione della doccia perdeva acqua a forte pressione e, senza una tenda per la vasca, il bagno si allagava facilmente. Un problema già segnalato in precedenti recensioni. La camera al pianterreno era buia e priva di privacy, essendo affacciata direttamente sul patio comune, con persiane da tenere necessariamente chiuse. Anche il bagno aveva una finestra senza vetro, affacciata sullo stesso patio. Infine, dovendo partire presto, non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione inclusa e non ci è stata offerta alcuna alternativa da asporto. Nel complesso, una struttura che sembra molto attenta ai dettagli, ma che trascura aspetti fondamentali come pulizia, manutenzione e comfort. La gentilezza del personale, pur apprezzata, non è bastata a compensare queste mancanze.

+Il Riad molto caratteristico e vicino alla piazza, è ben collegato con il centro della Medina. Molto carino Poter fare colazione sulla terrazza in modo da poter ammirare la Medina dall’alto. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, lo staff molto cortese e sempre disponibile

“Absolut authentisches Hotelerlebnis in einem Riad”
+Dieses Riad war eine besondere und authentische Erfahrung - genau das, was wir uns erhofft hatten! Mit nur 5 Zimmern war es sehr übersichtlich und geordnet. Es gab keinen Fernseher und keine Minibar, aber das hätte das besondere Ambiente auch kaputtgemacht. Wir haben beides nicht vermisst - Marrakesch selbst ist Unterhaltung genug und man ist nach einem Tag in den lebhaften und trubeligen Soukgassen froh, ein wenig Ruhe zu tanken. Auch das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse war sehr authentisch - mit tollem Blick auf die nahe Koutubia- Moschee gab es durchweg süße Komponenten eines Berberfrühstücks mit Honig, Marmelade, ggf. Nutella, mal gab es Schokokuchen, täglich Crêpes und andere marokkanische Spezialitäten, O-Saft sowie Minztee oder Kaffee. Das schöne Interiordesign ist komplett auf Pferde abgestimmt - aber in höchst ästhetischer schwarz-weiß Stimmung...einfach nur BESONDERS! Im Innenhof hängen Trensen und Reithelme Das Herz dieses Riads ist der Receptionist, welcher gefühlt immer da ist...abends, wenn man nach einem langen Tag zurückkehrt, morgens, wenn man aufwacht und er das Frühstück serviert...sehr freundlich und bemüht, aber immer angenehm ruhig und zurückhaltend. −Die Betten waren uns tendenziell zu hart, aber vielleicht sind wir es einfach nur anders gewöhnt. Die sanitären Anlagen waren in die Jahre gekommen und Abflussprobleme gab es, die aber ggf.mit der alten Baustruktur zusammenhängen könnten.
