“Lovely start to an awful ending.”
+The location and the experience if staying in a Riad and the ladies working there were lovely along with the guard at night.
−The owner a male called Rick i believe a French man. Who is extremely passive aggressive. And took it up on himself to attend and challenge me, knowing we were 2 females. Over taxes and questioning how booking.com looked for myself as a customer. In so many words calling me a liar. Instead of accepting his error and his approach is disgusting. He continued to blame booking.com for there poor service. And i was to address the matter with them. He was a nasty piece of work and felt superior to that of his staff and those staying at the Riad. His poor staff were scared of him.
