“Very difficult to give a score to”
+Let me start with what’s great about this riad. The top terrace and pool are just beautiful. Lots of space to sit in sun or shade in comfort. The pool was perfect. Riad spotlessly clean, and staff welcoming. Not so good: breakfast was tired dry bread, however there was a nice home made yogurt and tiny fruit salad. No black tea available. On returning back in the evening after dinner, at approximately 10:20 pm we were asked to pay, out of the blue, for our accommodation. That was fine but surprising at that time of night. Why not do this when we first arrived, in the afternoon? What was worse was that we were told it had to be cash as the card machine wasn’t working. Conversations ensued including the staff member talking to a “ manager” on the phone. Eventually the machine that we were told wasn’t working, miraculously was made to work (!!!) and we paid by card. Poor: Despite several requests by email for information on transfers etc. over the days prior to arrival we received not a single response . Not one. Not even an acknowledgment of our messages. Our “ superior” room was painted completely in black, including the ceiling. It was like sleeping in a coffin, as it was completely

“Terribile!!!”
+We had a Smartbox package for 2 nights. We made a request at this riad. We didn’t receive any response within the guaranteed 24 hours, but we got a booking code. Three days later, to clear up any doubts, we contacted the facility ourselves to check if everything was okay. They replied that they were only accepting bookings of at least 4 nights. There was no mention of a minimum 4-night stay. The Smartbox showed availability for the period we chose, and this information only came up three days later when we contacted them. Imagine if we hadn’t written!!!"

“Hidden gem”
+A hidden gem in the center of Marrakesh, an oasis of peace and quiet, a symphony of colors. We felt right at home being welcomed by the super friendly staff and were served a delicious romantic dinner. Our room was super cozy and well equipped. The rooftop terrace with heated pool is just amazing on the middle of a busy town. Very recommended. 🙏🏻

“Certainly not "Hermes"”
+Swimming pool.
−Half board is ridiculous. You cannot choose anything. They mostly serve very greasy food that tastes bad. Room is very dark, location is so-so. English is mostly not spoken.
