+A small gem of decoration and hospitality atvthe heart of the Medina. Abdelhaq went beyond our expectation for his attentionate service and valuable recommendations. The Riad is decorated with an exquisite taste of ancient rugs and furniture. Very quite, spacious rooms specially the large suite.

“Amazing stay in June”
+Thank you Abdel for such an amazing stay! The Riad is lovely, has a great location, and it made our stay in Marrakesh 100 times better. Abdel was extremely kind and accomodating, offering help whenever we needed. He even offered us coffee and snacks, as well as arranged all our trasnfers! He also made us feel safe and made sure we always arrived back okay. The rooms and the Riad are very clean, and the rooftop is beautiful at sunset. Breakfast was served whenever we needed, and it was abundant and tasty, with local food and fresh flowers. We will definitely come back here if we ever go to Morocco again.

“Excellent service and wonderful hosting.”
+Rooms are really clean and well maintain. Beautiful layout of Riad with luxurious design. Really cozy and spacious room. Proper heating and hot water bath. Breakfast are delicious and freshly prepared. We have a wonderful host name Abdel who's really friendly and attentive where he made sure all our needs as guest to the riad were met. Will definitely recommend this riad if you are staying in marrakesh!

“It never happened”
+I did not like anything
−The hotel somehow got my email address mixed up with whoever was supposed to have a reservation. I tried repeatedly to set them straight, but they never responded. It was impossible to get in touch with them and correct this issue. I just kept getting updates and surveys. I have no idea what the real person did about not recieving information about their reservation. I would think this place could fix the problem for their customer. One big fail.

+We had an amazing 5 days in Riad Hayati! Abdel is an incredible host and makes you feel like at home from the first moment...All the staff is very helpful and attentive. The house gives you a very authentic experience. Very delicious Moroccan breakfast in the morning. The room was very comfortable and cleaned daily. It's the perfect location in the middle of Medina but in a very quiet corner... We would definitely come back again. Thanks for very enjoyable stay.
