“Passable”
+Friendly staff. Quite good Moroccan breakfast. Rooftop terrace was great for relaxing in the evening. Surprisingly minimal noise from the Souks/Medina.
−Very difficult to find the Riad as both google maps and the map on Booking.com show the Riad in a different place (google maps was completely wrong, with Riad Hayat 9 minutes in the opposite direction to the actual location; Booking.com did not show the correct alleyway). As a lone female, it was therefore unnerving wandering the Souks trying to find the Riad whilst visibly being a tourist carrying bags, with street vendors insisting they would help but only in return for payment - following a man down the alleyway to eventually find the Riad was uncomfortable. Bed was extremely hard and therefore uncomfortable. No aircon or windows. Room off the reception so some noise from footfall. Bathroom - shower flooded the entire bathroom as slow to drain and no curtain/screen etc, and mind your head above the toilet as very low sloped ceiling as under the stairs. Breakfast was good but forewarning that if you have an early departure flight, breakfast doesn't start until 08:30.

+Mohamed and Ayoub were very friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was simple but plentiful and tasty. The room was spotless. The riad was very quiet, despite being right off the main square. The front door was accessed by a key, and kept locked at all times. The roof terrace was small, but nicely decorated with plants and ornaments. I would definitely stay again if travelling on a budget.

+Front desk guy was extremely helpful and friendly. It's the perfect location.
−The bathroom is a bit of a death trap. Slippery tile floor and water easily splashes all over the floor as there's no curtain. Plus, there's a big uneven drop-off from the bathroom to the bedroom. You just have to be very careful.

“Two nights in Marrakech”
+Central location and assistance from Mohamed and Ayoub on arrival, during my stay and on departure. I hurt my wrist and rib whilst hiking which made it difficult for me to carry my own luggage and Mohamed got me to the riad on arrival and to my taxi on departure quickly and safely. I lost my phone charger and Ayoub lent me his saving me trying to buy one that i only needed for one day/night. Location is excellent for the medina. The ladies cleaning the riad were lovely. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a two night stay. Plenty of hot water for a shower. Breakfast was delicious both mornings and Mohamed made sure I had my breakfast before I left for the airport on my departure day which was appreciated. Ayoub arranged for an airport transfer at a very reasonable cost. Bed was comfortable, bedding and towels were clean and air conditioning worked well. Rooftop terrace was the perfect place to chill and watch the storm cross over the city on my last night whilst being able to keep dry as part of the terrace is covered. Could not fault the staff and property and highly recommend the riad for a stay in Marrakech. Will definitely return (hopefully without injury and a b

−Petit déjeuner trop tardif nous sommes en décalage horaire donc 9h30 en France si on veut faire sortie c’est compliqué de plus même à cette heure il n’est pas prêt et chambre trop petite

+Świetna lokalizacja, może się wydawać ,że uliczki są kręte i nie wiadomo gdzie te riady się znajdują ale dojście jest bardzo proste ,nieskomplikowane i tak było również w tym przypadku . Cicho wokół, pokoje nie za duże ale wystarczające na kilka dni ,bez telewizora jak kto lubi ,śniadania z marokańskim akcentem, bardzo smaczne ,obsługa pomocna i życzliwa ,rozwiązująca każdy twój problem. klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu.

“Volveremos, por el Riad y por Marrakesch”
+Nos gustó el trato de los empleados, en especial Ayoub, nos facilitó además un picnic una mañana que madrugamos mucho. La ubicación del Riad en la Medina a 1 minuto de la plaza Jemaa es perfecta. Ni un ruido por la noche, con aire acondicionado y los desayunos en la terraza perfectos y muy tranquilos. Pudimos descansar después del checkout en la zona chill hasta la hora de irnos al aeropuerto además... Cuando volvamos a Marrakech sabemos donde nos alojaremos ;D

+Fuimos a dar la sorpresa a un familiar que cumplió años, se habló con ellos antes y prepararon la habitación muy bonita, el desayuno bueno y terraza muy tranquila

+El desayuno en la terraza muy abundante y agradable. El día que tuvimos que marcharnos muy pronto nos prepararon un picnic. El encargado nos atendió estupendamente, nos resolvió todas nuestras dudas, e incluso se ocupó de imprimirnos unos documentos que le pedimos. Lo mejor de todo, la ubicación. Está muy cerca de la plaza de Jemaa El-Fna.
−Las camas son DURAS, pero nos alojamos en otros sitios y también, con lo que no creo que fuera un tema único del hotel.
