“Very nice place, good value for money”
+Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast. The room was comfortable and the Riad is beautiful
−It was clean, but the shower and bathroom sink drains need a thorough clean

+The Service was incredible. Although we arrived early it was absolutely no problem, we were served tea and water and our room was cleaned immediately. Since we had a tight schedule, it was so nice that Fatima rode us with her bike to the meeting spot, else we would have missed our appointment. That was absolutely wonderful. In general I rate it 10/10 and Fatima like 12/10, she really did everything to satisfy us, although we stayed only one night

“Traditional riad lacking hospitality”
+Very clean. Excellent location. New staff member was friendly and helpful.
−The bathroom floor flooded as shower drain blocked or just not big enough. Almost slipped on wet floor. Had to put down towels. Upon checkout I wanted to speak to staff about ordering taxi but staff disappeared at 10am (checkout was 11am???) leaving just the cleaner. No goodbye or thanks. Just "leave your key on the desk". I don't call that Hospitality.

“Arabian fairytale”
+We really enjoyed our stay. The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had air conditioning. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the historic center. A special thanks to Walid for his warm hospitality and kindness. He helped us navigate the city, organized a hammam for us, prepared delicious breakfasts, and was always ready to help with any request.
−The only small thing that could be improved is the shower drainage, as the water builds up quite quickly. Otherwise, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay again!
