+Lady working there was good. the location is OK about 15min walk to jamal al fana wifi was ok I had no issues breakfast was normal with just few options but not bad air conditioning was good
−Didn't see the main guy in charge only communication was WhatsApp asked him for toilet roll he replied to buy them from shops outside all the facilities mentioned in the booking such as ironing washing machine etc are not available at the property rather u pay for them outside they did not even change our towels upon asking on 3rd day they changed City tax was £42 mentioned in the booking I paid £60 and they only returned 50dirhams which is about £4 which means he kept £14 extra

“RED FLAG!”
+This place is a red flag! Do not book! 1st no one speaking our language on site. We booked a family room because we were travelling with our kids, we got given different room and had to end up sleeping separately my husband and me because our young kids couldn't be left alone. The AC wasn't working and dripping water and ice cube on our bed. The bathroom celling became moldy after a day in there and the dust under the bed was thick! Beds are so hardly unconfortable and the owner of the place who never dear presenting himself to us was extremely rude over the phone. I do not recommend this place at all, it's not even in a great area.
−The rudeness of our host over the phone and the lack of conditions. We were travelling with small kids and after booking a family room that was never given to us the owner solutions was to give us 2 rooms instead so we shouldn't moan or he would charge us majoration for it. We had to sleep 5 in a double room because of this.

“Incrível, confortável, e deliciosa, voltaria facilmente”
+O Riad é lindo, super confortável e o atendimento sempre 5 estrelas. Os Riads sempre disponibilizam um terraço onde podemos passar a noite, bons momentos de conversa e frescor. Estar na medina e num Riad é sempre a melhor opção para visitar Marrocos
−A princípio encontrar o Riad é complocado, solicite que vão te buscar e peça transfer. Depois de uma voltinha de dia, já se habitua. O Riad não é tão perto dos maiores mercados, é preciso andar um pouco!!

“Séjour accueillant et confortable pour une famille avec 3 adolescents.”
+L’établissement est très propre. Il est situé à seulement 10 minutes de la place El Jemaa el Fna. L’emplacement est proche des lieux principaux à visiter à pied. Le personnel est adorable. Aziz est venu nous chercher à 1h du matin sur une petite place à proximité et nous a accueilli malgré l’heure tardive avec un thé à la menthe. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Nous avions 2 chambres côte à côte avec chacune sdb et wc.
−Le seul petit problème de l’établissement concerne sa localisation géographique dans Google Maps l’adresse ne correspond pas au lieu. Du coup il a été très compliqué pour nous de nous retrouver en revenant de nos balades. Et cela rend également les transferts en taxi complexes. Il y a un toit terrasse mais malheureusement il ne comporte pas de zone d’ombre pour se poser.

+A második szállásunk jó volt.. :)
−Marrakesh belvárosában foglaltunk szállást 6éjszakára, viszont megérkezésünkkor tapasztaltuk nem ezt a szobát foglaltuk amit átadtak nekünk és még a helyszín se az volt, egy másik riad volt kint a belvároson kívül egy rosszabb környéken. A házigazda nem is jelezte, nekünk kellett szólni hogy ez nem az lesz amit mi foglaltunk, erre azt a választ kaptuk hogy 2 napot itt kell aludnunk mivel a másik helyszínen amit valójában foglaltunk felújítások vannak (mint késöbb kiderült nem volt ilyen ott. A szoba amit kaptunk nem volt melegvíz se a kézmosóban se a zuhanyzóban, a klima 19fokon ment a távírányítót nem kaptuk meg, a zuhanyzóban a víz nem tudott lefolyni. Az egész szobában, házban festék szag volt és a munkások dolgoztak. Itt lehetett a felujítás, amiről nem lettünk tájékoztatva előre. A bookingon érdeklődtünk a trasfer benne van e az árban a sofőr jelezte igen, illetve a tulaj is üzenetben. Később ennek az árát is elkérte.

“NO VOLVERÍA NUNCA “CUIDADO””
+La atención de las señoras de la cocina y el desayuno.
−El señor que administra el Riad es altivo y prepotente, no soluciona nada. Tenía hecha una reserva de 7 habitaciones (6 parejas y una persona sola), en el día de llegada más de una hora para realizar el check-in y nos dice que no tiene 7 habitaciones, que tiene solo 6 por lo que alguien tenía que compartir habitación y al día siguiente nos daría la séptima. Habitaciones con humedades, WC oliendo a cañería y tapaderas de los baños rotas, los aires acondicionado no funcionaban por lo que hacía una calor insoportable tras muchas quejas en alguna habitación nos facilitó un ventilador, dormí 3 días con un colchón metido en mi habitación.. y a la hora de ducharte ten paciencia el agua caliente tarda como unos 7/8 minutos en salir y la presión es muy muy baja paredes descascarilladas y grietas. En la última noche el que gestiona dicho me Riad me escribe comentándome que me tenía que desalojar de una habitación para darme otra ya que esa tenía una reserva sobre ella, me dio un plazo de 30 minutos y me dijo que tenía que sacar mis cosas sin previo aviso, le comenté que era imposible ya que no estaba en la ciudad, cogió sin mi permiso y entró en mi habitación para sacarme las cosas , lo cual
