“Riad Elizabeth”
+Everything was perfect, we enjoyed our stay and special thank to the young man who supported and helped us a lot. We are grateful for all your efforts making our stay do pleasant althought done curcumstances... The riad is in the heart of medina but also close to a place where you can take a taxi. The breakfast is delicious and tasty. But the people working there are the real gem!

+We had a lovely stay at Riad Elizabeth. The riad is peaceful and beautifully designed, offering a calm escape from the busy medina. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the pool,perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The service was excellent. What a great team they have!!! Youssef gave us a warm welcome and kindly helped me and the kids find our driver, which made both arrival and departure stress-free. The cleaning ladies were also wonderful and kept everything spotless. A great spot if you’re looking for something calm, stylish, and welcoming in Marrakech.

+Voglio iniziare facendo un ringraziamento speciale a Youssef, una delle persone più gentili e di cuore mai conosciute. Purtroppo la prima sera siamo arrivati dopo la fine di un tour di 4 giorni stremati e la nostra guida non poteva accompagnarci all'entrata del riad e ormai si era fatta notte, ho contatto la struttura e senza esitare Youssef è venuto a prenderci e ci ha anche riaccompagnato alle 3 di mattina sempre verso la strada per ritrovare il nostro autista che ci avrebbe accompagnato in aeroporto. Per fare cio non ci ha chiesto nemmeno un euro. All'arrivo in struttura siamo state poi accolto con un delizioso the, youssef ci ha poi spiegato le strade piu vicine e le attrazioni principali e come raggiungerle, la stanza era pulitissima e bellissima, condizionatore che andava una bomba doccia CON VETRO praticamente mai vista in 7 giorni in marocco, acqua davvero calda, e connessione in ogni punto della struttura. Davvero un soggiorno meraviglioso.

+La vera forza della struttura è Youssef, una persona davvero speciale che si è dimostrato professionale e risolutivo anche a fronte di qualche piccolo "inciampo". Il riad è arredato con gusto e la colazione preparata al momento.
−Forse i colori andrebbero un po ravvivati, abbiamo percepito nonostante il buon gusto, un senso di chiuso.

+Très contente de nôtre séjour à la riad Elisabeth. Youssef un amour tjours au petit soins rien à redire petit déjeuner au top . Chambre tjrs impeccable 🤍 même debout avec nous le jour de notre départ pour nous amener jusqu'au taxi trop gentil. Et se qu'il y a de bien pas loin de tout. Séjour au top 🤍🤍

+L' emplacement de l' hébergement.
−Pas de personnel, pas de vrais petits déjeuners, jus d' orange en brique. La qualité du petit déjeuner n' était pas du tout à la hauteur. Nous avons dû prendre notre petit déjeuner dans une autre Riad à côté pour les trois jours qui restent ! La chambre Olivia très bruyante, elle donne sur une petite ruelle où il y a des regroupements d' enfants et mobylettes. Nous avons été livrés à nous même toute la semaine ! Aucun accompagnement ! Très déçus de la prestation.

“Tutto benissimo!”
+Posizione ottima a circa 15 min dalla piazza principale. Youssef è stato super accogliente e meraviglioso e ci ha preparato un’ottima colazione ogni mattina! Camera pulita e abbastanza spaziosa.
−Se proprio devo trovare un difetto..il doccino della doccia da cambiare e il materasso non comodissimo
