“A good budget stay with amazing breakfast and friendly staff, but with some issues with cleanliness, privacy, and locati”
+I really liked the comfortable bed, the delicious breakfast, and the excellent service. The staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming, which made the stay better.
−Although the property was very close to the town centre, it was located in a residential area where people would sometimes approach us and ask for money, which made the surroundings feel less comfortable. One thing I hadn’t noticed in the description, or perhaps had overlooked, was that the bathroom had only a curtain instead of a proper door, which I didn’t find very comfortable or private. Although the room was cleaned and the bed was made daily, the floor rugs were stained and looked a little dirty, and the floor itself could have been cleaner.

+We made the best decision regarding our accommodation at Marakesh. Location was great, very safe neighbourhood and you could easily go anywhere by foot. We booked all our activities through our riad and we enjoyed everything stress free and organised. Our host, Mohamed, was absolutely amazing, he was by our sides and offered to help wherever we needed him, without him our trip wouldn’t be the same. Thank you for offering us such great hospitality and support.

“Wonderful Riad and amazing location! Good value for money.”
+Our stay was wonderful! The facilities and room were lovely and Zoel was super helpful and friendly. The Riad is in a great location, everywhere is walkable and the streets surrounding it are very safe, although they can be a bit confusing! We walked home late every night and never felt uncomfortable. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace and was timely and plentiful each morning. The rooms are lovely and were cleaned every day. I would definitely recommend staying here.

“Posizione ottima, ma struttura deludente per comfort e servizi.”
+Posizione ottima: il riad si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi da una delle porte di accesso al centro storico, in una zona tranquilla e sicura.
−La camera è minuscola, angusta e caratterizzata da un odore sgradevole. Il comfort è praticamente inesistente: i cuscini sono scomodi e il materasso è durissimo. Il bagno è privo persino di una porta e presenta sanitari vecchi e datati. Nel complesso, gli spazi e le dotazioni sono decisamente al di sotto di quanto ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura con queste tariffe. Anche la terrazza è una delusione: molto piccola, con un affaccio poco gradevole e senza alcuna reale utilità. Trovo inoltre che strutture di questo tipo ricevano spesso valutazioni eccessivamente generose, non giustificate dalla qualità effettiva dell’alloggio. I prezzi, pur essendo leggermente inferiori a quelli di strutture equivalenti in Europa, restano comunque elevati rispetto alla qualità offerta. Se si applicano tariffe di questo livello, è doveroso garantire standard adeguati di comfort, manutenzione e qualità.

−Breakfast is an extra charge, and they don’t tell you this upon arrival. It’s the exact same thing every single day. It costs 8 euros and isn’t worth it. A total rip-off! Beware. / Eles não avisam qdo vc chega que o café da manhã é a parte , não tem frutas , ovos e muitos menos queijo. É o mesmo café todo dia de um pão requentado ! O hotel fede a esgoto

+Notre riad très bien placé. Quartier plutôt calme dans la médina. Notre hôte mohamed extraordinaire. Vraiment très gentil,très bon conseillé, on peu lui demandé n'importe qoi...il gère...massages..excursions..tajines...transferts et j en passe.exellents petits déjeuners. Chambre faite tout les jours.nous avons pleuré en le quittant.ça fait du bien de rencontrer de belle personne comme mohamed.
