−The bathroom floor was damp and dirty. Breakfast was not ready at nine o'clock. I was alone and there were no people in the reception and kitchen I had to eat breakfast outside even though I had paid in advance... unfortunately. The neighbors' noises were very annoying at night Very far from the bus station

+The working guy was nice and tried to resolve each problem we faced. The location was really close to the Medina.
−There were no photos of the rooms and facilities. And The description of the room was a bit wrong - there was nothing written about the common shower and toilet!!! Nothing! The shower and toilet was for everyone, for each room ( there are 5 rooms in that ryad). 2 toilets and 1 shower. In the shower we faced 2 days with the problem with hot water. There was no hot water. We had to ask why was that and the guy resolved that problem, but it should be like that. Not all light in the room was working.
