“Pretty riad, fabulous staff....room for improvement”
+Great quiet location, just a short walk to the souks. Fabulous staff, Hafsa and Idmamane were so accommodating. Delicious breakfasts and chicken tajin. Great service, very kind & both going above and beyond with their roles made us feel at home. The riad is very pretty
−Unfortunately the roof terrace was not as advertised. This was extremely disappointing as that was the main reason I booked this riad. We stayed for 8 nights and planned to have some quiet relaxing time on the roof terrace after crazy days exploring marrakech. But it was basically bare...dead plants. No umbrellas, no seating like it was derelict. There were a few things in our room that could be improved with very little expense that would take it from ordinary to wonderful. Somewhere to hang bath towels. New robes...ours both had no belts so were unusable. Bathroom toiletries were so bad. The TV was missing from our wall so un exposed wiring was visible. Very noisy air-conditioning.

“Excellent experience in the heart of Marrakesh.”
+Excellent location, quiet area, spotless room with AC, and clean bathroom with good water pressure. The host was very attentive to our request and let us check in early. Moroccan tea on arrival was exactly what we needed in such hot weather :). The riad itself is a very beautiful old building with a lot of nice areas to have tea or coffee with some biscuits and relax.

“Not the best stay”
+I liked the host for the most part. They cleaned the rooms daily, which was nice. And she ordered a henna artist to come to the lace instead of us going out.
−We did not get an informed greeting. We didn't know there was a menu available for us to order additional food until day 3. We didn't know we were going to be charged for water etc. until the last day. We didn't know that we'd have to pay taxes etc. until the check out date. We could have used more communication as a whole. The shower didn't drain, the sink was leaking. The beds were placed awkwardly placed so it was difficult to get there. The breakfast was primarily the same daily. We tried to relocate to another space, but the owner refused.
