“An Absolutely Wonderful Stay!”
+We had a fantastic experience at this riad, and a huge part of that was thanks to the wonderful Soumaya! She went above and beyond to accommodate us, making sure we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and exceptional hospitality truly made our stay special. Thank you SO much, Soumaya, for everything you did for us! You are truly amazing, and we appreciate you more than words can express. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We would happily recommend this riad to anyone visiting Rabat, and we will definitely return on our next visit! If you stay here, you’ll understand why the hospitality is so special. “Sadly did not live up to positive reviews”
+I know this is some family’s livelihood so I feel bad about this review. But I rely on these reviews so I want people to be honest and therefore I will be . I do not understand the great reviews for this place. First, there was a lot of confusion about meeting up with their staff. We were directed to a parking lot and told someone would meet us there. But when I was messaging with the receptionist via what’s app she asked me whether to meet at the Riad or the parking lot. I asked again for the parking lot as it can be hard to find places in the first try. Then it turned out that the parking lot they directed us to was a big municipal parking lots with multiple exits (and no elevator) so it required multiple calls and a fair bit of time to connect. More importantly, while it had some lovely architectural details, the road seemed poorly maintained. It was hard to tell if it was just rough or actually dirty. There were paint splotches and dark marks in our room and elsewhere. Especially our bathroom. There were items coming off the wall. (See photos). The shower didn’t drain well. It did have good hot water though. I had to ask for bottled water in our room. It took half an hour to ge

“Zimmer hell und laut - zu teuer für den Preis”
+Das Personal war supernett und hilfsbereit!
−Die Fenster sind extrem schlecht isoliert, sodass man alle Geräusche der Medina hört. Darüber hinaus gibt es keine bzw. nur sehr dünne Vorhänge. Dadurch bleibt es im Zimmer während der Nacht sehr hell, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken ist. Insgesamt war das Zimmer für den Preis zu spartanisch eingerichtet.

“Due giorni a Rabat”
+Posizione comoda, bella sala per la colazione.
−Durante il nostro pernottamento, siamo stati svegliati da rumori all'interno della camera, che si sono rivelati delle blatte. La stanza a piano terra era scarsamente insonorizzata, tanto che durante il (probabile) check-in da parte degli altri visitatori condotto oltre l'ora di cena abbiamo sentito ogni loro parola. Avevamo fatto presente al momento della prenotazione la richiesta della colazione senza glutine, senza aver avuto alcuna risposta. Abbiamo reiterato la nostra richiesta al momento dell'arrivo in struttura, chiedendo specificamente prodotti da forno (al fine di evitare frutta e verdura cruda) e ci è stato detto che sarebbe stato fatto il possibile. Per la prima mattina c'è stata una parziale attenzione alla questione, mentre per la seconda mattina la richiesta è rimasta insoddisfatta.

“Mensonger - très mauvais rapport qualité-prix”
+Je ne sais pas vraiment. Le petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits de piètre qualité. Ma belle-mère, une de mes deux filles et moi avons été malade.
−Annonce mensongère. L’espace bien être n'existe pas, pas plus que la belle coupole en verre avec le splendide lustre. Pas de lumière à l'étage, riad trés sombre contrairement à ce qui est montré sur les photos. Notre douche n’avait pas de porte. Elle était moisie et la robinetterie était à moitié arrachée. les toilettes du rez de chaussée n'ont pas de lunette, ni d'abatant. Le lavabo était bouché à notre arrivé et la faillence à moitié arrachée. les produits de douche fournis sont de piètre qualité et étaient entamés. Les prises s’arrachent également. le wifi, ne fonctionne que dans le patio pas dans les chambres. pas de télé comme mentionné dans l'annonce. Mauvaise literie. Sur la terrasse, la vue donne sur les installations technique et le linge qui sèche. il y a des cheminées juste à coté. les canapés sont tachés. Quant à l'acceuil, moins de 5 minutes après être arrivé. on nous a demandé de mettre un commentaire positif. comme info on nous a envoyé, je ne sais combien de liens impersonnel, qu'on avait dejà. en revanche quand on a parlé de l'espace bien être on nous a dit qu'il n'y en avait pas. quand on a demandé ou faire du hénné, pas de réponse.
