“Horrendous experience, would not recommend to anyone”

−We were travelling through Morocco with our young children. We stayed in 14 different places, all of which were wonderful. But this place was a horrendous experience for us, with a very unkind manager. We booked very last minute, following an unexpected cancellation from another property (who were having issues with electricity), and specifically chose this place as we thought from the pictures of the room that it had it's own kitchen. Travelling with young children, this is very important to us, and we were due to be at this property for three nights. On arrival we immediately realised that the kitchen was in fact a shared kitchen with around 12 other rooms. There was absolutely no space to put any of our food. We decided immediately that this just wouldn't work for us and had been a misunderstanding based on what was advertised. We therefore asked if we could cancel our reservation and even offered to pay for one of the three nights, to cover any inconvenience. The manager said that he would refund us for all three of the nights, but that we would still need to pay him cash for the city tax. My partner immediately went to a cash machine and we paid the cash as requested and left

−L'espace est petit et pas tres bien agencé, la douche est un pommeau au dessus des toilettes. La taxe de sejour est deux fois plus élevée que les autres riads alors que le confort est moindre et qu'il n y a pas d'accueil chaleureux, ni de petit déjeuner comme dans les autres riads que nous avons fait... .

“Remek volt!”
+Rendkívül tiszta volt, minden zökkenőmentesen ment. Pici, kedves riad. Hamar válaszoltak, kedvesek voltak, a transzfer is remek és pontos volt. Nagyon hasznos volt számunkra a közös konyha.
−Nagyon erős inszekticid szag volt, ez engem irriált, de ezt is meg kell csinálni valamikor.

“nem tudo foi mau”
+das pinturas nas portas e janelas
−nao ter elevador, escadas muito estreitas ,o quarto que me foi dado inicialmente nunca devia ser de casal- nao tem espaco lateral e tem que se entrar pelos pés, a porta do banheiro só abre metade porque tem a sanita atrás. o 2º era melhor, mas o lavatorio fica dentro da base do chuveiro, com a agravante de a agua do duche nao ir para o esgoto porque a inclinacao é ao contrario e tem la um rodo para se encaminhar a agua. Nao tem televisao em parte alguma. por mudar de quarto paguei 5€.s Toalhas só 1 de duche para cada um e para a estadia toda.

+Locatia este frumoasa, corespunde cu pozele de pe site. Camera era cam intunecata, dar curata, cu baie privata si bucatarie la comun.
−Dusul era stricat, deci necestita putina atentie. Camerele nu au lumina naturala, intrucat nu au fereste, ci doar niste obloane de lemn vopsite.

“Miły pobyt”
+Przytulne miejsce, komfortowe pokoje z wygodnymi łóżkami i pięknym tarasem. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i pomocna.
−Dywan w pokoju chyba nie był długo wytrzepany, papieru toaletowego 2 listki po zameldowaniu i 2 ml mydła w pokoju.

−ジャマエルフナ広場から歩くと30分ぐらいかかります。10月上旬でも日中は汗だくになります。 主要な観光スポットから少し遠いです。

+Mohammed ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der sich gut um seine Gäste kümmert. Der Flughafentransport hat super funktioniert. Die Lage ist etwas am Rande der Medina, in einer ruhigeren Gegend, wir haben aber zu Fuß alles gut erreichen können.
