“Lovely and perfect stay at a Riad”
+The stay was lovely, Jalal and Amal are both amazing and really kind. They were super attentive with us, if we needed anything with money exchange, places to visit or anything they were always available. The food was very good, fresh coffe and eggs. They’re there for you 24 hours a day for you if you need anything. The room was clean and tidy, if you told them what time you were coming back they started the AC 30 minutes before so when you came back to your room it was fresh and cold. We stayed in the private terrace room and everything was quiet in the night, an amazing sleep. Perfect location, it’s close to the Jemaa El-Fnaa and close to a taxi stop. You have a lot of good restaurants in the area, both expensive places and street-like food. Jalal on the first day tells you some tips about Marrakech, how to talk with the locals and to buy mineral water always. Amal is sweet and she cooked for us a great dinner! Lovely riad experience and great staff! Thank you so much for everything!!

“Good but bad communication with the owners”
+Jalal is a nice and friendly man who makes sure your stay is as comfy as it can get. he is very respectful and with high morals.
−the communication with Dar Azal isnt existent, we tried to send sms, messages on whatsapp on 2 different phones, we tried to email them to ask them to pick us up with a taxi, nada they operate from france and doesnt care. also you cant have your own key or card or code to open the door, you have to knock on the door for 10 minutes sometimes specially at day time

+Ron was large, bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers.
−The breakfast every day was horrible. Same thing every day. Store bought pastries often stale. No variety. Nothing cooked. Woman staff very unfriendly and uninterested in helping us. Male staffer was very friendly and helpful.

+The riad is easy to find and convenient to reach. It’s right in the heart of the medina, and all the sights are just a few minutes away. The staff is available around the clock and very attentive; plus, the place is always clean and serves a good breakfast.

“We would absolutely stay here again!!!”
+It was so beautiful! The room was spacious and very comfortable and the hosts were just so kind. It was pretty easy to get to. And we were pleasantly surprised when we realized our dinner reservations for the first evening at Dardar rooftop was only a 2 min walk away.

“Se cerchi un Riad dove sentirti a casa, accolto con calore e circondato da gentilezza, questo è il posto giusto!”
+Mi è piaciuto tantissimo l’interno della struttura: è luminoso, accogliente e molto curato, con tanta luce naturale che entra e rende gli ambienti ancora più piacevoli. Ho trovato tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Ma ciò che mi ha colpito maggiormente è stata la gentilezza dello staff: sono tutti di una gentilezza incredibile, sempre disponibili, attenti e pronti ad aiutare. Ti fanno sentire davvero a tuo agio e ben accolto!

“Muy buen Riad calidad precio”
+Muy amplia y bonita la habitación tal cual como la foto. El personal muy amable siempre.
−El desayuno no era muy bueno… solo ponían panes, un huevo y yogur y zumo pero nada de proteína, solo variedad de panes. Así mismo cada vez que salíamos de la habitación entraban a desconectar los cables, apagar las luces y en algunos casos mover las cosas lo cual me resultó algo agresivo.

+A reggeli fantasztikus volt, a szoba gyönyörűséges, a személyzet és a kiszolgálás a lehető legjobb. Mindenben segítettek, tippeket is kaptunk, minden nap kedvesen fogadtak és kitakarítottak. A lehető legjobb élményben volt részünk, ha visszatérünk még mindenképpen ezt a szálláshelyet fogjuk választani. Minden tiszta, gyönyörű, óriási kényelmes ágy, tágas szoba, remek elhelyezkedés. Minden elérhető gyalog. A repülőnk több mint 4 órás késését követően hajnali 2 órakor azonnal és kedvesen ajtót nyitottak, tradicionális menta teával fogadtak, a szobában előre bekapcsolták a klímát. Az érkezés pillanatától kezdve egészen a távozásunkig mesés volt az itt tartózkodásunk. Külön szeretnénk kiemelni Jamal segítőkészségét és kedvességét. Minden reggel és este a legmagasabb szinten szolgált ki minket, érdeklődött a napunkról, javaslatokkal látott el. Az ő munkája nagyban hozzájárult ahhoz, hogy ennyire pozitív véleménnyel távoztunk. Minden tekintetben megfelel a hirdetés a valóságnak, az elképzeléseinket felül is múlta a szálláshely. Mindenkinek tiszta szívből ajánljuk!
