+I had a wonderful stay . Everyone was so kind, warm, and welcoming, and always happy to help, which made me feel right at home. The room and the space was beautiful, peaceful, and so relaxing to return to after a day of exploring. A special thank you to Abdel for being so welcoming and recommending some great food. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend Chez Henrietta.

+We really liked our experience at the Riad Chez Henriette, the place was very lovely, quiet and comfortable. We are so thankful with Abdel and Moussa who were so kind and helpful with us, at any time of the day. We left Marrakesh happy. 😊😊😊

+The property was a quiet oasis and a breathe of fresh air from the Medina. It was beautifully styled, clean and comfortable. It truly felt like home. The staff were amazing and kind, always making sure we were enjoying ourselves and making our stay the best expierence. We loved our stay here and highly recommend. It was nice that the riad was located on a quiet street away from the chaos however very close to the square and easy to get to everything. It is a short walk from a car park where we got our transfers from.

“A lovely, spacious riad with Moroccan charm and the kindest people who made us feel right at home.”
+The room was really spacious and smelled so good the moment we walked in! It's newly renovated but still had that Moroccan feel, which we loved. But honestly, what made our stay were the staff - Moussa, Abdel and the housekeeper. They were incredibly kind and generous, always happy to make us tea, ask how our day went, help us figure out where to go, and make sure we felt safe getting around the city. We spent so much time chatting with them about life in Morocco and just joking around together. They ended up being our friends, even brothers haha. And honestly, they were already so kind to us from the very beginning, which made the connection even more special. We came here expecting a place to stay, but left with some really lovely memories and connections we didn't expect to make. Thank you guys for being so kind to us and making our stay so special. We'll definitely remember you all and hope to see you again someday! ❤️
−The outside and the surrounding streets can look a little rough, but that's pretty normal for the medina. Don't let the first impression put you off, because the inside is a different story! We didn't have any major complaints about our stay.

+Very nice breakfast. Very clean and hospitable with a very pleasant English-speaking staff member.
−It was in the Medina so a bit of walking to get there from the car park and there are some dirty streets nearby but nothing the venue can do anything about.

+Super kind staff always there to help and guide. Breakfast was the typical Maroccan one - good quality - tasty and the lady serving was kind and pleasant.
−Room decoration is a bit old and uninteresting. I would say that although there was some good space in total in the room, the final situation seemed a bit crammed. The area where the bed (quite hard one!) is placed is actually really really tight leaving minimum space to move. As the case is in all Riads, the noise is an issue here too. Oct2025 there were significant road works in the plaza which is next to the Riad and there were tons of dust and mud - make sure you were not your best shoes! Finally, there are also works/extensions in the electricity grid of the area and there are very frequent power outages.

+Bereits vor unser Anreise wurde unser Aufenthalt bestens vorbereitet. Trotz verspäteter Anreise hat der Transfer vom Flunghafen zum Riad wunderbar funktioniert und wir wurden in der Nacht herzlich empfangen. Zu jeder Zeit hatten wir Ansprechpartner, welche uns bei Fragen unterstützt haben. Wir konnten alle Ausflugsziele fußläufig vom Riad erreichen. Trotz der zentralen Lage herrschte im Riad eine ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre. Ein Besonderer Dank geht an Abdel, Moussa und Malika. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
