“友善的Riad”
+雖然呢間Riad位於舊城小巷入面,小巷外已是舊城街市街道,但內裏環境完全不嘈吵. Riad內部非常有特色,第一晚到達摩洛哥所以預訂了酒店之晚餐,選了牛肉及羊肉Sweet Tajine,非常新鮮好味！早餐亦是酒店職員新鮮製作-very good! 職員態度親切友善,讓第一次到訪馬拉客什的遊客有不少建議及注意的地方！

+We absolutely loved this Riad for all the following reasons: 1. Staff were very welcoming from start to finish and accommodating; from preparing 'take away' breakfasts to printing off boarding passes needed for the return trip home at the airport. All at no extra cost. 2. Breakfast was similar each day but something new was added each time and delicious too! 🍳 Every thing was fresh and well prepared. Very filling too. 3. Our room was lovely, so were the other rooms we looked at. Lovely decor, spacious, very comfortable beds and cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. 4. The roof top terrace was a lovely retreat after sundown, as during the day it gets very hot in July but that said, there's a lovely shaded area to kick back and relax. On top of that there's an outdoor shower you can access to cool off. 5. The entrance to the Riad is a 5 minute straight walk, if that, from being dropped off at the entrance of the old city but never an issue day or night. Its 7-8 min walk to the central coach station, which you can easily access very cheaply to hit the beaches and escape the heat and hustle of the city or a 20 minute walk to the square, which is a sight and experience at night in p

“The personal touch”
+We loved this special Riad, with a lovely rooftop for breakfast and a starlit dinner. The staff are so lovely and hugely helpful - Mohamed, Adil and Hamid were the highlight of our stay and went out of their way to help make our week long stay comfortable and special and the owner organised a complimentary cake for my Dad’s 90th birthday. And the lovely ladies at breakfast were always smiling and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble - restaurants and tours were booked and Tuk Tuks organised. You can eat at the Riad (delicious home cooked food) or there are lots of lovely restaurants 5 to 10 minutes walking distance away. Would highly recommend this little Riad, the staff and their home from home personal touch.

“Riad Chayma excellent place to stay in Marrakesh.”
+From start to finish we had such a wonderful experience at Riad Chayma, Hamid really went above and beyond to make sure our trip to Marrakech was one to remember. The Riad really is home from home. We were greeted by Hamid out of our pre arranged taxi by the Riad and he gave us the traditional mint tea and a map which he extensively explained everywhere we can visit in the city for our three day trip . The breakfast was delicious and Miriam was always smiling and happy to help. Along with Mohammed and another lady chef. We honestly could not have wished for anything better. Highly recommend you to stay here if you visit Marrakech. We will most certainly be back again in the future. Thank you to Hamid and the team.

“Fabulous stay, very friendly and helpful staff”
+The riad is clean and comfortable. It is located in a busy local area which can be a bit hectic but you don't hear any noise inside the riad. It's a tranquil place. The warm welcome from Mohamad was great, he explained how to get to centre of town, supplied a city map etc. Mirriam is always smiling, she works hard to keep everything clean and cooks the lovely breakfasts which are served on the roof terrace. We found no fault with this Riad. The staff are excellent, very friendly and cannot do enough for you. Special thanks go to Hamid, he really did go out of how way to make sure we had everything we needed and we very much enjoyed chatting to him about life in north Africa. Thank you to all the staff for a very enjoyable stay!

+Cozy Riad in an easy to access Medina location that has a nice mix of locals and visitors. Staff were very helpful organizing tours and making us feel at home. Greatly enjoyed our breakfasts on the rooftop.

+Très bien situé pour explorer la vieille ville. Tranquille tout en étant à proximité des commerces de rue. Excellent service durant tout notre séjour! Le personnel est aux petits soins. J'y retournerais et je recommande!
