“Safe Family Friendly Riad and Complex”
+Private comfortable Riad, host understanding and accomodated breakfast time to suit us on different days, resturant, mosque, shops within compound. 3 outdoor Swimming pools of various depth although not heated

“Overall it don’t worth to stay in this property as host is not cooperative if anything out of order.”
+Location was good
−We were out of light for about 24 hrs. Host blame is that we use AC though it was cold and we use heater only few hours to make it warm enough to sleep over night. Host have been rude when we complain about that power off. It took a long about 24 hrs to get the power back.

“Not a great experience for the families.”
+The property/apartment was within a secure compound.
−We were confirmed with 3 aparts with 3 Bedrooms, but were only given 2 apartments, with some additional mattresses. Not exacatly what was booked. The water heaters were only worked shortly, which meant that when a person went to shower all the hot water would get used up and others had to take cold water shower. The kitchen is dated with few utensils. The address mentioned in booking.com isn't accurate.

“Fijn, rustig verblijf dichtbij de medina van Marrakech”
+Appartement op een soort compound waar locals wonen én appartementen worden verhuurd aan toeristen. Op het terrein zijn 7 restaurants, een supermarkt, kapper etc. en een (buiten)zwembad. Het appartement is zeer ruim, zowel boven als beneden. Er is een keuken (zelf niet gebruikt). Fatima is een lieve host en ze legt geduldig alles uit wat je wilt weten. Ze is goed bereikbaar. Ze kwam 's ochtends voor ons ontbijt maken. Het is makkelijk om naar de medina van Marrakech te lopen (max. 20 minuten)

“Sejour magnifique”
+Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, petit déjeuner local tout les matins. Distributeur automatique, différents restaurants, supérette dans la residence. Residence surveillée avec gardien. A proximité du centre. Possibilité Prise en charge à l entree de la residence pour depart en excursion. Bien desservie par les taxis.
−Beaucoup de chats errants, odeur d urine de chat dans les rues de la residence.

−Senas Riadas.Neveikia rozetės, lempos., girgžda durys, kriauklės neprisuktos.....Lovos čiužiniai labai kieti. Pusryčiai labai skurdūs, be kavos. Labai reikia remonto.
