“Worst experience”

−Absolutely disgusting experience: Overpriced, dirty, and dishonest. Avoid this place! This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. The place was dirty, poorly maintained, and we found large cockroaches inside the accommodation. For people with a severe phobia of cockroaches, this was a complete nightmare. We felt so uncomfortable that we decided to leave early. And the price? Absolutely ridiculous for what this place actually offers. It is outrageously expensive for such poor conditions. You are paying a premium price for an accommodation that is dirty, unacceptable, and nowhere near worth the money. But the worst part was the owner’s behavior. When we decided to leave because of the cockroach infestation, the owner agreed to refund us for the remaining stay and explicitly promised to do so. Two months later, we have received absolutely nothing. At this point, it feels like the promise was simply a way to shut us up and get us to leave without making a fuss. Making promises to guests just to avoid dealing with their complaints, then completely ignoring your commitment, is dishonest and unprofessional. “Great location for reasonably priced Riad in Assilah.”
+Location. Staff did their best to help us. Plenty of space in bathroom. Breakfast was option for additional price.
−Room smelled musty. We booked 3 beds in room and third bed was more like a cot.

+Die Lage ist super um Assilah zu besuchen. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit.
−Es wäre schön, wenn in der Ausschreibung oder Rückbestätigung auf die Lage der Parkplätze hingewiesen würde, das wäre eine Erleichterung.

+Très bien situé ds la jolie médina,au calme,le Riad est très plaisant et calme..la chambre n est pas très grande mais très propre avec une salle de douche parfaite...la déco aurait besoin d un petit rafraîchissement,pas du tout le côté riad et déco marocaine mais les tableaux dénotent!...sinon c était très bien. Le petit dej en supplément était copieux et très bon.

−Potser hi falta una mica de manteniment i sobretot llums al terrat per si es vol fer una sobretaula o senzillament anar a parlar per no molestar els altres hostes
