“Unforgettable Stay”
+A truly wonderful experience! The space is beautiful, welcoming, traditional, and incredibly comfortable, offering the perfect atmosphere to relax and feel at home. The breakfast and the food is also amazing and the riad is super clean and tidy. In addition, it is also very noticeable that an effort is made to keep the overall place well-maintained. What made the stay particularly special, however, was the kindness and warmth of the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making the experience even more memorable. A very special mention to Walid, whose kindness, positive energy, and genuine care for others truly stood out. It's often the people we meet along the way who make a place unforgettable, and Walid is certainly one of those people. Thank you for such a lovely experience. I would happily return and highly recommend this place! 💙

+An absolutely wonderful stay! 10/10! Riad Arabkech made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, from ensuring I had water every day and personally serving me breakfast when I slept in, to offering thoughtful recommendations and helpful tips for bargaining and staying safe in Marrakech. Walis at the front desk was always available, friendly, and genuinely excited to connect. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated his company at breakfast and our conversations about food and our different cultures. The manager, Lhoussaine, was equally wonderful. When I mentioned my upcoming birthday, he remembered the day and surprised me with a dozen beautiful roses! Although I couldn’t take them with me because I was leaving for a desert tour the next day, the thoughtful gesture meant so much to me. This riad is cozy, clean, welcoming, and felt safe throughout my stay. The hospitality here is truly special, and I cannot recommend it enough. I would absolutely stay here again!

“Mi dispiace nn ci è piaciuto!”
+La colazione l’abbiamo apprezzata molto ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare 51 minuti per far sì che c’è la servissero, perché il ragazzo che è stato tra l’altro, l’unico che ci è piaciuto di tutto lo staff ha dovuto fare tutte le scale a far servire prima la colazione giustamente agli altri e poi a noi poverino gli mancava il fiato. Ci è stra dispiaciuto per lui.
−Accoglienza molto fredda. Nella nostra permanenza a Marrakech, abbiamo alloggiato in 3 Riad in questo abbiamo pagato 240 e qualcosa per 2 notte invece negli altri abbiamo pagato la bellezza di 105 sempre per 2 nottj con la differenza che negli altri ci è stata sistemata la stanza nel giorno dopo invece qui no! Le donne della polizia manco ti sorridevano sopratutto una che sistemava le stanze ti guardava strana! Con quello che abbiamo pagato, pensavamo di andare non dico nel lusso, però di star bene, invece l’incontrario rispetto agli altri, aldilà del prezzo della bellezza così proprio l’accoglienza pessima. Ci dispiace solo per il ragazzo che ci ha servito la colazione, lui era molto sorridente e gentile! Avevamo paura a dover usare il wc perché nn era incollato bene sembra che stesse x cadere!
