+Riad Andalib is one of BEST in Fez. My stay is excellent! The host , Mr. Mourad and his staff are very welcoming and made sure that my stay is hassle free. The riad is in very good location , clean , safe and with exceptional staff that your stay is like a home away from home!!! Thank you Mr. Mourad and all his staff, you guys are totally awesome!!! Thank you also for making my birthday extra special!!! Very much appreciated!!! Choukran bzaf!!!

+this riad was convenient, clean, & had traditional Moroccan architecture!!! the chef also tried to accommodate my very strict dietary issues.
−The description on Booking.com describe a full bar, however that was not the case.. My friend and I do like to drink wine and they were constantly running to pick up a bottle of wine. They also could not make some evening cocktails like an espresso martini. although they seemed very willing to prepare my dinner as requested the best night for me with my request was the first night. Playing chicken breast with steamed vegetables and a salad came out excellent. The other night it was not as wonderful and I couldn’t eat most of it.

+My wife and I were blown away by the magnificence of the riad with our first step in from the street. We understand it has been recently renovated. It’s abundantly clear that exquisite care was taken in every detail. The staff were ever so polite and made us feel welcome.

−Property was out dated. Hot water in the bath tub didn’t last and took forever to fill up to halfway. Staff were nice but very slow responses.

“Exceptional Hospitality and Outstanding Quality in Fes”
+Exceptional hospitality and outstanding service! Upon arrival, the staff warmly welcomed not only me but also my travel companion staying at a different riyad, serving us mint tea and assisting with their transport. All staff members were amazingly kind and attentive, providing a detailed orientation of the riyad and the city. They constantly checked if we needed anything, recommended and arranged a fantastic local Hammam, and perfectly organized a taxi transfer for our 2:00 AM departure. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable with a refrigerator and a bathtub. Furthermore, the laundry service was exceptional,every item came back pleasantly scented and neatly individually packaged. Considering the high quality and warm service, it offered incredible value for money. I highly recommend Riad Andalib to anyone visiting Fes!
−The only minor issue was that there was no trash can in the room. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect!

−The property is understaffed…help did not speak English..the description on Booking should say, this Riad is new.y acquired, and not at 100%..They also say they have a bar, but it is very small and they had no wine…we had challenged along the way..

+The facilities are very clean and beautifully done. The staff is very sweet and accomodating. They really want you to have a nice experience.
−Its new ownership, so a few minor things can be improved. A chair where you put makeup, maybe a nightlight to the bathroom. A comforter on the bed(although they were in the closet I realized after). But all cosmetic suggestions. Its a great Riad.

+It is right beside the Medina and accessible by car so you do not have to drag your suitcases into the Medina. The staff team is amazing very helpful and kind. Mourad was welcoming and provided valuable insight into everything from shopping and sightseeing to making arrangements for private car and drivers. The breakfast and supper on the upper terrace were delicious and the view lovely. The rooms were luxurious and clean. By far the most comfortable bed.
