“We were made welcome from arrival and Hamza was very kind and helpful”
+The riad is perfectly quiet and a haven of calm and coolness amid the chaos of the medina
−The walk down several narrow alleyways to reach the riad was a little scary at first, and in the dark. But there are lights and as two women we did not encounter any difficulties at all.

“It’s a gem in the medina”
+★★★★★ Simply Chic, Simply Wonderful! Riad Al Uzza was everything we could have hoped for and more. Chic, immaculate, effortlessly stylish and simply lovely. A beautiful little haven in the heart of Marrakech. But what truly sets this riad apart is the extraordinary staff. Their warmth, kindness and willingness to go above and beyond were simply exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Beautiful accommodation can be found in many places, but it’s the people who make somewhere truly unforgettable. And the team at Riad Al Uzza are exactly that , unforgettable. I’ll be returning to Marrakech for business, and there is absolutely no question where I’ll be staying. Riad Al Uzza, every single time. Chic surroundings, impeccable hospitality and staff who are worth their weight in gold. An absolute gem!

“A beautiful riad hidden in Marrakech's Medina”
+Riad Al Uzza absolutely blew us away; while we got a bit lost trying to find the apartment (Google Maps is accurate right to the doorstep), the front door revealed a hidden oasis hidden within Marrakech's Medina. All of the staff members were extremely warm, and Hamza was superb with recommendations. We had to depart before the scheduled breakfast, but Hamza prepared us food to take with us, and even gifted us a bottle of hand soap after we commented on how nice it was. The other staff present were also very helpful. The plunge pool and rooftop were both an added bonus. We'd love to visit again sometime!

+Die Lage war super gut zu erreichen und man konnte überall hin laufen. Die Angestellten waren äußerst freundlich und haben uns sehr weitergeholfen und sogar unsere Postkarten zur Post gebracht!
−Das Frühstück hätte noch etwas üppiger sein dürfen war aber trotzdem super!

+Il Riad è particolarmente bello. Sembra un'oasi. Le camere sono curate e pulite. Bagno ok. Carino il rooftop dove organizzano la colazione. Personale gentilissimo e cordiale.
−Le stradine della Medina per arrivare alla struttura sono abbastanza sporche. Proprio fuori la porta del Riad c'era sempre un gruppo di gatti a setacciare la spazzatura e degli odori non propio gradevoli. Non granché per chi non ama i gatti! Come rapporto qualità-prezzo forse a Marrakech si può trovare di meglio. Non ho avuto grande facilità a contattare la struttura prima dell'arrivo.

“Riad Al Uzza top verblijf voor in de medina!”
+De locatie in de medina was perfect, je kan vanuit Riad Al Uzza zo richting de Souks lopen. Er zitten allemaal leuke barretjes en eettentjes om de hoek. Wij hebben vrijwel alles lopend gedaan, zelfs richting de modernere wijk. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en je kamer werd dagelijks schoongemaakt. Het ontbijt was goed!
