+The room and bathroom was spacious! Breakfast was good!
−I booked an appointment for a pedicure, but unfortunately the experience did not meet my expectations. From the start, it felt like the staff were rushed and not well organized. They were still trying to find the necessary tools and accessories for the pedicure while I was already seated, which made the whole process feel unprepared and unprofessional. Additionally, there was a very limited selection of nail polish colors available, so I wasn’t able to have my nails painted at all. After the service, I went to reception to explain the situation and requested a price adjustment since I did not receive the full service. I was told this would be taken into account. However, at checkout, I was charged the full price. When I raised the issue again, I was informed that the receptionist I had spoken to had not passed on the message. Overall, I would not recommend getting a pedicure there, as it is expensive and the experience does not justify the cost.

+The service and food was great! The owner Maxime, and his head of staff, Rashid, are so kind and accommodating . Also, I was a bit nervous to eat out of the hotel but you don’t need to! The chef and kitchen is lovely.
