+Extremely bad experience with this hotel. The owner was disrespectful, dishonest, and accused us of lying. He falsely claimed I had never personally inspected the room, despite having seen it myself. His attitude and unprofessional behaviour are absolutely unacceptable

−Lots of holes in the mosquitonets. Noisy AC with weak cooling but a big cealingfan to compensate.

+The old skool kind of style. The staffs were very friendly especially the guy that managed the place. The breakfast was very good, well done and enough fruits.

−This a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PLACE for human beings to be booked unknowingly. Oh my God I could not even close my eyes fearing if I was safe in that horrible and unkept facility. Please assess the facilities you place online to unknowing clients and one has to pay before arrival. I will caution anyone who cares to know about them especially as I prepare to bring many guests to Zanzibar in November

−il proprietario dice che la recensione é FALSA, ma HO LE FOTO E QUANDO RIESCO A FARLO QUI LE PUBBLICO! ANDATE A VEDERE LE RECENSIONI SU GOOGLE! Invece di usare energie per rispondere MALAMENTE ai clienti, che il profietario usi le energie per tirarsi su le maniche e PULIRE! Non lascio quasi mai recensioni negative, ma questa struttura ha superato il limite. Siamo alla nona struttura del nostro viaggio in Tanzania e abbiamo numerosi termini di paragone. Il problema principale sono igiene e manutenzione. Bagno con cattivo odore, pesanti incrostazioni di calcare e sporco su rubinetteria e superfici, lavandino e doccia con getti estremamente deboli, attacco del doccino rotto, una blatta nella doccia. Lenzuola macchiate e cuscini maleodoranti. Gravi anche i problemi di sicurezza: stanza e bagno molto bui, una lampada con vetro rotto e fili elettrici esposti, sedia arrugginita. Particolarmente preoccupante il problema delle zanzare: finestre deteriorate con grandi fessurazioni, almeno una decina di zanzare entrate in camera e zanzariere molto sporche e gravemente bucate. +j'ai aimé la maison dans son ensemble face a un joli parc, bien située dans Stone Town. la deco est sympa.
−en vrai, c'est top pour des backpackers / des jeunes qui n'ont pas trop les moyens. l'accueil n'etait pas au top... les chambres faites, mais la salle de bain semblait sale car trop vielle... mais le prix que l'on a payé etait tellement bas que je comprends les conditions.
